Outside some HD texture mod I recomend to play vanilla since rebalance mod are meh.

How do you make money in this game? I always seem to hover around +$1000 no matter how big my city grows because shit just costs more. Which means I can't have any fun whatsoever.
In fact my highest income is usually when my city is tiny and has no public services.
I guess this is why most people play with unlimited money turned on.

I never have problem with money in this game, don't know what I do or don't but it always seems to work. It's tougher in the beginning on the snow maps, but other than that no problems. I always fall on traffic management in the end, at around 150k population. I rarely ever touch taxes

Reminder that Remake was met with middling sales, and a lack of caring upon release. It was common to see unsold used copies for 5 dollars in stores. RE was seen as tired and boring at the time, and it was seen as just another re-hash of the tired old formula. Plus it was on a Nintendo system when the majority of the fanbase was on the Playstation. It was only with the re-release that people started to put Remake on a pedestal.

In 1v1 mostly orcs and occasionally humans. In FFA or team-games then mostly humans and occasionally orcs.

Remaster not so much. The original works fine, but I guess yeah it'd be nice if they spruce it up a bit. Not terribly excited. Warcraft IV? Would be happy if they made one, but the story is all messed up now, and I stopped WoW around Wrath so I've no idea what has happened.

Seems like every game is shipped as unfinished piece of shit full of glitches and bugs, every game has a day 1 patch that breaks more things than it fixes, then over a year or so 10 more patches follow and maybe then the game is finally fine.
