Keep video games far away from comic properties with the exception of the occasional MvC game. Games might not be masterpieces of narrative grandeur but they're still far ahead of comic books, especially big 2 comics.

It's still a fighting game, but the barrier to entry is not huge since there are only a few inputs.

left punch, right punch, block, dash, jump and rush attack.

The depth comes from:

>knowing when to throw punches
>knowing the stages to take advantage of your surroundings
>knowing the way the different arms attack
>the special abilities of the characters (ribbon girl's triple jump, minmin's kick counter, mummy's heal when guarding, etc.)
>knowing when to use grabs
>making use of your charged arms (which happens from holding guard or landing from a jump, sometimes it happens with other effects too depending on character)

When I saw the BG&E2 presentation there were a ton of cheers when they mentioned multiculturalism and multiethnicity and it was like why the hell are they cheering science fiction and fantasy always had a ton of shit like that because they had made up races and non-humans to begin with. it was like are these people living under a fucking rock.

No game is ever like God Hand. Nor will there ever be. I find this very unfortunate. I bust out the PS2 to play it at least once a year.

Yeah I have multiple saves through out the campaign that I mess around with a few times every year.

Absolver seems to be using the same combat deck combo system but it doesn't seem to have any staple moves that the player can use like the dragon punch and the sweep.

Closest we've gotten to controlling Gene again was that new guy in RE6, if you actually fuck around with his move set and played him like that it was pretty fun, despite the rest of the game. Not that it was God Hand quality, obviously, just saying it's the closest we've gotten since.

I liked my Xbone. I sold it for a PS4 but regret it. Gears of War was actually quite fun. Although if you play on PC there are few exclusives. However it has by far the best controller of a console and I wouldn't miss much if I still had an Xbone, I wish I knew that at the time.

The Windows 10 update made the interface much worse though.
