This is the world's most powerful console. Say something nice to it.
Even though you have no games I'm interested in, you seem like a nice piece of hardware.

I'm buying one regardless

Holy shit what an amazing console for only the price of $500. Xbros WW@?
I use my Xbone exclusively for tv and Netflix. What features should I look forward to on the XboneX? None of that Cortana shit, I hate using voice activation.

only a complete idiot would believe that a 500 console is going to give you native 4k
Who was in the wrong?
Kazuya
Harada for making both of them bitches and Akuma canon
Both. Maybe Kazumi, too.
Is Sims 4 worth playing now? I can't touch Sims 3 knowing how badly it runs on my PC (which is not even bad)
sims 4 is dogshit, do your best to get sims 3 to run better, get the overwatch mod if you haven't already.
sims 4 might be good two years from now once 10 DLCs have come out, the content has been brought to the level of sims 3, and they are at a reasonable price/on sale often.
>>380902856
Yes it's good
>>380903102
I was going to pirate it anyway, so the price doesnt matter
When I was younger I bought a game magazine that came with demo disc. I used to play the demo for this and Shadow of the Colossus repetitively. I eventually bought SotC but I could never find this game.
I remember loving the demo and really wanted to play it but never got the chance. The only thing I didn't like about the game was the tank controls.
Was it a good game?
>>380902742
yes it was great
play Dark Cloud 2 for the greatest of the great version of this. GOAT
Yes, Steambot Chronicles is one of my PS2 favorites.
The controls are fairly strange, true. You can get used to them, although grabbing is still odd. (You'll need to grab for arena, fights, too.) One thing I did love about it is how you can ignore the story, either pimping out your ride or just playing music on the street corners. The game required a fair bit of skill to do well, also. It wasn't overly difficult, but still welcome.
There was also a bit of choice in the game; you could support one side or another in a particular fight, and that influenced how the game ended. There was also stuff like land ownership, and getting to choose if you want to participate in the band or not. It was rather nice, especially since some people probably didn't want to fuck around with the instruments and probably didn't want to be forced through those sections.
The game technically got an entry on PSP, although that is just the arena fights in a tournament. The name of the series in Japan is Bumpy Trot, and so you might find this and the PSP game by that name.
If you liked Steambot Chronicles, or just like the idea, then you might be interested in Dark Cloud 2 / Dark Chronicle. (same game, different name in different regions) It's not really the same - you're mostly on foot, you're mostly dungeon crawling, but you can craft things and can put together a mech ride - but both games have a similar aesthetic and a somewhat similar feel.

I never really had a problem with the controls, except for playing the drums and the sax.
Fucking ridiculous
so what's the deal with this game? people complain about MGS2 and 4 having no gameplay but this is actually worse. All you do is fight bosses and forced action setpieces. Everything else consist of very tiny rooms with 2 soldiers, and there's too little of it between bosses or set pieces. Then you have the backtrack. Story & characters were great but everything else was terrible
I like 4's controls the best. Like they are literally perfect for the series and I'm disappointed that the HD collections didn't let you use them. Aside from PW.
>>380902225
The cutscene to gameplay ratio is better in MGS1, its a short game no doubt, and the second hafl is not as good as the first, but its still a good game.
>>380903635
Half the gameplay is backtracking, half of that half is backtracking for the stupid cardsunless you play Twin Snakes which was the only good thing it did
[This triggers /v/]
why? because they're 3 black people in it?
>>380902538
There are only two black people there!
Played it only for the TF2 hats.
I have Devil Survivor 1 Overclocked (physical) and 2 Record Breaker (Physical) on 3DS
Which should I play /v/?
1, because it will be hard to go back to some of the missions after playing 2.
>>380901971
Well numeric order would be the obvious choice
>>380901971
Why did you feel it was significant to specify they're physical?
