I bought the original collection and III for $10 a few black fridays ago but never got around to playing them. I actually started GoW1 today but don't have any real thoughts on it just yet.

I have to agree. I played through the entire game on Hard and it was a cake walk. The PC version comes out later today. It's a good game, the story is fun and the combat is great but there wasn't much of a challenge at all.

To answer your question, it will probably be very decent.

Bad options. I think it will be a good game just not a good Monster Hunter game. Meaning, I think it will change too much about the formula and wont feel like MH anymore.

I have a pretty decent PC which would be able to run this game just fine, however i'm considering buying the PS4 version solely for the reason that the game will be PS4 only in Japan and that like with all other games the majority of people will be playing on PS4, PC online will be dead within 2 weeks.

We could see shots of the opening sequence and it's clear from there. Also, the game uses Dream Team/Paper Jam's style and those sprites are generally less exaggerated than the other games (especially SSS).

What went wrong: I think Quiet is the worst character in the history of gaming. While I'd love to eat Stephanie's asshole for hours on end, the character is annoying, pointless, and cost seemingly millions of dollars to implement. Worst buddy to take on missions too. I would've rather had Huey's tank than Quiet
