Feel free to screencap this
>mfw all the best games in the "crpg renaissance" are european
Should Americans be barred from making rpgs?
Top 3:
Pillars of Eternity > Shadowrun: Dragonfall > Underrail
BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUBBBBBBBBBBBBBSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
they didn't even use my idea
HOW CAN YOU STILL BE ALIVE?!
I hope bad mascots make their way back into modern videogames.
What went wrong?
RDR2 has been delayed to the end of next year
EA traded Battlefront for Anthem because their conference had absolutely nothing else in it
(((((EXCLUSIVE))))))
You guys excited to see Starfield?
>no elder scrolls 6
>no starfield
>the 'under construction' games were evil within 2 and wolfenstein
MRW
What do you guys think?
I'm sick of the small-minded Nintendo fucks and Miyamoto cocksuckers that ignore a Xenoblade game and stick their nose up at it just because it's not a legacy Nintendo franchise or because EAD didn't wipe their cocks on it.
It's not me who's embarrassing, it's the fucking embarrassing Nintendo fanbase who finger their assholes 24/7 over their childhood memories of playing Mario or Zelda and don't pick up a Xenoblade game solely because it doesn't "transport them" to their fuzzy wittle giggly time childhood.
Cunts. Xenoblade deserves better than the cocooned Nintendo fanbase. I'm out.

Are you fucking retarded is this your first E3?
nintendo starts presenting in 1 more day
Nintendo hasn't even had their conference yet.
Am I doing the combat wrong in this game? Literally all I do is hold circle until the enemy tries to attack me then I hold square. After dodging the attack I go back to holding circle until an enemy tries to attack me again. I have won literally every single fight in this game by using doing this. Am I not supposed to be doing this or is this literally all the combat is in this game?

Tap the button to attack, you get manual finishers that way, also move L stick while tapping to attack do different directional inputs. Make use of weapon switching to change weapons mid combo to change up your combos and stuff. Also unlock stuff like Blink, Airstep, Impervious, Airslip and Airdance. Blink especially is good because it gives you animation cancels when you dodge. Also you are better off using shields to block because you can manually stagger enemies and it feels very responsive to for blocking.

I know moving the left stick while attacking changes how you attack but does it effect certain enemies? Like if I attack up on an enemy with no helmet will it do twice as much damage?
>>379960503
Some directionals like the one on the crossbow are good for sidesteps, and doing a manual tap for a finisher like on greatsword does a spinny move. holding down L with greatswords does a charge swing which is stronger the longer you charge it, stuff like that. Not every directiona input does stuff like that but some do.
Are they the new Tastosis?
Rapid still makes too many dumb jokes he has to weasel out of. But I like him better than Valdez now.
>Blacksad game is announced
>/v/ automatically disregards it as "furshit" when it's not
Why
>>379958435
Blacksad is pretty furry mate
But a good type of furry
Also Weekly a cute
>>379958435
I disregarded it as adventureshit.
It might be a mechanically excellent game with an equally quality aesthetic, but that wouldn't change the fact that it's furshit
what is gud build
So, in preparation for the possible reveal of the SSS remake, I have been replaying all the M&L games and I got a little bit curious.
Why does /v/ consider pic related to be the weakest entry of the franchise? The presentation is top-notch, the soundtrack is of course a delight and the core gameplay remains just as simple and fun as it always has been before.
too many cutscenes and no skip button.
>>379958234
this
but it's still better than partners in time
also it's still tiresome to not get the drill ability for the power beans until 2/3rds through the game, forcing you to backtrack though tedious bullshit to find additional ones
>>379958024
/v/ has shit taste and will literally insult things just because they are newer. DT is tied with SSS for best in the series by anyone not lying to themselves. It is BIS 2.0
>no switch port
What are some nicely hidden game secrets?
>>381598272
Holy shit. Is this real?
I want to believe it, but I'm not sure if I do.

What do you think lads?
Honestly there's only been a handful of games that have really interested me. I swear usually most sites have running livestreams showing off all sorts of stuff but now it seems we just get what's in the conferences.
Bit underwhelmed, don't think there's anything coming either that will be a big game changer. Sony will probably bank heavily on Dad of War, TLOU2 and Uncharted, Nintendo do their own thing and Bethesda/PC Gaming conferences aren't generally much to note
