Why /v/ claims that SR2 is better than SR3?
I played both and lately, since GOG was giving free copies, I decided to try to replay 2, installing it along with Gentlemen of the Row mods. However, the controls are still clunky, game still runs like on 2x speed, characters still move like stiff dolls, driving is still oversensitive and so on...
Seriously, I dont see how 2 is supposed to be better than 3, which still had properly wide city, enough places to drive around, fun missions and was perfectly playable on PC.

Painfully repetitive. The combat system is borrowed from Arkham but instead of improving it the devs just left the same old class in. You have to build a combo and use finishers to finish fights unless you want to build combo and bounce around getting crits on people all day. Same boring finisher animations over and over and over.
Worst part:
