They don't. It's Comcept's baby. They just let Inti use the characters free of charge for Mighty Gunvolt Burst.

Comcept is still alive, and most bafflingly were bought out by Level 5. They were only given the rights to use Mighty No 9 characters for their game as well, its still Comcept's babby.

it's an incredible console when hacked though
full 3DS library for free, can emulate GBA, NES and SNES, can pick up a DS flashcart for access to that library

I own this game and I assure you it's true. You have to restart every single level to play co-op.

When you beat a level in co-op, the next level starts in single player so you have to exit and restart it.

Game was the shit in co-op though.
