Uematsu was good at doing a lot with so little which is why he was pretty good in the SNES era. FF7 soundtrack is overrated. One Winged Angel isn't even that spectacular composition-wise. I mean even if you took music theory and did an analysis on it. FF6 music is actually his prime as far as technical prowess is concerned.

I've finally finished what I wanted in Monster Hunter portable third, all the guild quests
I sort of enjoyed it but found it frustrating and needlessly obnoxious alot of the time too but now I want to try other monster hunter esque games, which ones should I try? Toukiden (2) seems like the easiest one but is it really worth it? What else is there that's available, I have everything but a vita basically
