FF12 is great, if only the main protag was actually the main protag, the game would be legit perfect.

Final Fantasy 12 was the game in the series that made me think I didn't like out anymore. In retrospect it was nowhere near as bad as 13 and it's been forever since I enjoyed a non-Persona JRPG so I might give it another chance.

FFXI had an excellent combat system. They expanded on that and turned it into a satisfying single-player experience.
