All those characters in that massive, mysterious world are gone forever and the massive potential the series had will NEVER be fully realized.

Then again seeing what happened to Final Fantasy and Breath of Fire series I'm glad that there will NEVER be anymore sequels to either Suikoden or Chrono games. OP really think about if you actually WANT the current SE to touch the Chrono series if you really love it.

Nothing went wrong, MK Deception, Soul Calibur 2 and Tekken 5 were the only fighters worth paying full retail price for.

MK9 was worth $20

MKX is worth $10

They were really really shitty games mechanically, usually absolute messes. A very significant majority of the new characters sucked absolute ass too for the entire era.

The only thing they really did right was single player content and extras.

I played the first pair of games in the series. I liked the idea, but it got really repetitive really fast because of the lack of intelligent level design due to the nature of the game. Do they fix that by Super at all?

Phenomenal atmosphere presented through its pre rendered backgrounds and the developers being able to control exactly what's on the screen at all times combined with tons of replayability through the form of non linear map design, multiple campaigns and incentives to beat the game as fast as you can.

REmake is one of three 10/10s.

There used to be an online version of slime volleyball... those were better days. No one will play with me in person because I'm too good to be fun to play against. I love it all the same though.

What are the others of your 3? Personally my personal 10/10s (games that are not perfect, but special to me) are REmake, MGS3, Majora's Mask, and possibly Bayonetta (still digesting & replaying this one).

Just picked it up yesterday. Definitely worth the asking price. Not quite as stylish as the old PS2 ones that I played a shit ton of but it's still just as fun.

I wish in tournaments I could go from hole to hole without it automatically doing it, but I am enjoying this game a lot.

What's up with all the DLC? I'm guessing it's just shortcut DLC, and all this stuff is unlockable in-game?

Even if you don't like Dunkey's jokes, at least he actually makes jokes and doesn't just make autistic noises and "hey remember that cartoon?" references like /v/'s favorite youtube channel OneyPlays. Dunkey is better than 99% of other youtube channels simply because he tries to do actual comedy and not just be an obnoxious memer.
