I haven't played this for months, but I'm thinking about going back to it. What has changed?

Are planes still unstoppable killer machines?
Do people still spam mortars?
Is there a sniper limit yet?
Can snipers still oneshot you even if they only hit your torso?
Grenade spam still exists?
