The 3DS games are shit imo, it's just doing 999999hit combos while holding all the fucking enemies in the air as long as possible the game.

Vita combat is better imo and lewder as well.

Neither have exactly deep gameplay but between the two, DC is more fleshed out. SV is faster but has a simpler flow to combat. The characters in DC have a bit more nuances to them but you still can't go "crazy" with the combo or anything. The tag system and team attacks give combat a bit more variety in DC.

Content wise, SV is a bit longer. The stages in DC are pretty short and after beating the game the only thing you have left to is grind the Den of Evil which is basically a survival mode that you can win rewards from. SV has extra side stories for each character which are usually silly fun but add a good chunk of gameplay time to the overall game.

Get both. They should both be dirt cheap these days.

I don't understand these japs, they always reveal a game that looks close to completion, then you don't see a release for years, or ever.
It's like they make this one very polished part of the game for its first reveal and there's literally nothing else they have worked on.

Game got scrapped when the split from CC2 happenend

Now the whole combat system has to be renewed and various parts that were finished have to be started anew

You can expect another 5 year delay

To be honest, I'm glad Square kicked CC2 off the project. CC2 are great at making good looking game, but they all have extremely swallow gameplay. If the remake was to be more like the original and be a more traditional JRPG, then it'd have be fine for CC2 to work on it. I don't trust CC2 to make an action game.

It's because the creator of the game is "PlayerUnknown" that's his Steam Handle so he credited himself in the title.

When you look at it this way the title is fine.
