Definitely, the first has the best atmosphere out of all three and is one of my favourite games.

The second is probably not quite on par as 1 and 3 but it has the best story for one where your choices matter and the whole political scene is cool to get involved in.

All games are worth it in their own way. The first one has aged poorly but the story and writing are worth it, especially if you are interested in the world. That said, it shits all over the books story. Be prepared.

Well, in jak 3 you are essentially a dark matter thing, and one of a kind, haven't played mgs5 but at least nobody has actually destroyed a metal gear on its own, the Rex was taken down by shooting the pilot, using help from it's creator and the best soldier on earth, it never was actually designed for combat, and it wasn't actually destroyed, the only metal gear you destroy is the ray, and you use another metal gear for that, I don't know about borderlands

I just picked up Untold 2, any tips? Never played these 'create your own adventure' kind of games before.

Excellent overall but both are mostly unfinished and sloppy. 1 is the tighter experience, 2 is too bloated and doesn't take itself seriously enough. both games are also very unbalanced which forces you to pretend optimal builds don't exist in order for real role playing.
