I have an Xbone, a gaming PC, and PS4, and the Xbone is my most play console.

Heavy characters are harder to be pushed around and grappled/dragged by enemies, wind also affects them less.
Taller characters jump higher, have larger hitboxes and reach further for their attacks, but cannot fit into certain places that smaller characters could.
Taller characters can wade deeper into water before becoming soaked
Smaller characters can run between the legs of and run under larger creatures easier.
Leg length also affects walk and jogging speed

Weight affects way more.
Heavier characters have a higher carry weight and higher stamina, they also trigger preasure plates faster and are once again harder to push around and stagger. They also grapple enemies better.
Lighter characters have less stamina but a faster stamina recharge, they also climb faster

the others work but stays around 10 fps

I'm conflicted about buying a new desktop.
I've gotten so use to playing low end games I don't know if I will play resource heavy games again.
I'd be getting it to play modded stalker with better fps essentially.

You BUILD them, thus saving up to hundreds of bucks, getting better specs, no bloatware, and also learn a lot about computers while at it.

I personally built my current PC back in early 2011, and I've yet to have change a single thing in it. Paid quite exactly 1000€, including real copy of W7 Ultimate, and all the items were around mid-tier at the time.
Only now have SOME recent games started to really stress it so that I need to have multiple settings on Low (ie. RE7 & TW3) to gain good performance, but it's been worth every penny.
