Everything is repetitive and no boss is memorable.
The writing is not funny or good, It’s not even bad-Funny. It's like a bunch of man children wrote the story but instead of writing a story they made a bunch of memes and 'video game culture' references. It's uncomfortable.
Bunch of enemy bullet sponges where I just stand still and shoot.
Bunch of reused shit from the first game, feels more like a skin.
The missions feel like I'm walking on a straight path instead of exploring a world like in the first game.

The main missions where so boring that I stayed away from the side missions since I hated them even more. Now I'm level 25 as Axton on the last boss, can't beat him so I came here to complain.

The first game was just about looting and everything in the game revolved around that. Even the story was "you want to find a bunch of loot but some people get in your way". The story for the second game was bullshit and revolved around killing the most memorable character in the game.
They also fucked up the guns somehow. It felt like the first game had way more variations in guns than the second one.
If they kept the scope of Daggerfall to 1-3 handcrafted Kingdoms instead of 40+ randomly generated kingdoms, could this have been the best Elder Scrolls entry?

I'd disagree on the Dragon Vein point. The worst characters in Conquest are still relatively useful/usable in the grand scheme especially when you compare to the worst characters games like Radiant Dawn, Binding Blade, New Mystery and Shadow Dragon.

I tried SFV and it was awful even though it wasn't that hard. I tried Tekken 7 and I think I'd rather stick to 2D games for the time being. I tried Guilty Gear and was really thrown a loop by the learning curve, there's just so much going on I can't even keep up with what's happening on the screen.
My approach to GG thus far: Flail around spastically a bit then get put into the dirt, for 2 rounds. Re-do the tutorials and try to consider when and where to apply this knowledge. Repeat. I've been doing this for a couple weeks and I don't think I have any more of a clue than when I started.
Is there a good fighting game that doesn't require 400 hours of invested time to actually start having fun?

Guilty gear is not that hard. Stop flailing, learn defense, stick to one character, watch videos of good players with that character. Guilty Gear has ridiculously good tutorials (do the missions too) and it only takes a few hours to get a handle of things.
If you're new to fighting games, it'll take a while to learn the basics, no matter which game you play.

Well most of the tutorials are about defense. Applying that to actually defending is probably the trickiest thing I've ever seen in any video game.

Because they share characters, like Light and Willy, and it's even implied Willy created Zero, but then you see no mention of the original characters like Rock and Light's other creations. X and Rock are clearly meant to be different people.
