Is any game more deserving of a remake?

>only ever released on PS1
>No PC release playable on modern systems
>No PC release to be modded into modern graphics
>No HD 'remaster' ever
>only available on PSN in original PS1 form
>PS1-era 3D graphics have aged like lindsay lohan across the board
>game was highly acclaimed
>spawned multiple sequels, all with multiple release platforms including PC
>big cult following
>silent hill HD collection inexplicably only included 2+3
>buying a decent physical copy from Amazon is ~$40
I'm honestly surprised it hasn't happened yet

I noticed his delivery wasn't as rugged as in MGS1 but I thought it was just recording/delivery differences. Especially since in general MGS1 has really intense but fuzzy VA.
