Was this game so fucking bad?
>>383937559
no, it was fine for the most part
2 had a worse shit-to-good ratio though
>>383937559
stop making these threads, it was a janky piece of shit and i love it
>>383937638
agreed
2 had way too many shitty mech levels, which weren't nearly as fun as E102's levels
also Amy's levels are underrated
Okay /v/, Show me your The Elder Scrolls V™ Skyrim™ Receipt
todd edits are getting pretty good
Hey Todd-senpai, when's New Vegas Remastered coming?
>>383937517
Are JRPG's based on Nazi's? I mean just look at those fucking belts on their sleeves
Is the cancellation of Silent Hills the greatest loss in video game history?
>>383937372
Give it 10-15 years and that demo will be a relic
>Kojima
No, we dodged a bullet if anything.
>>383937665
Fuck off, that demo was better than any horror game in recent memory.
Thanks to Duncan and the threads from last night, you fucks convinced me to get subnautica.
What am I in for?
fun
>>383937346
Play it blind, don't google or use guides. Also don't be afraid to take risks, the spooks are worth it and the game doesn't punish you that much for dieing.
>>383937346
If you have VR, try VR
If not, turn off the lights and get cosy!
I'm out of the loop. Is Monster Hunter Worlds looking good?
>>383937287
casual westernized monhun
of course lots from /v/ will love it as a babbies first monhun but true fans will stick the mainline games
>>383937287
monster hunter was never good, it's MMO bossfights dumbed down so much that a single person can defeat them. if that kind of hypercasual, simplistic game appeals to you, yeah i guess it's probably good. however, being that casual means you shouldn't be on /v/, there are other websites for casuals to discuss casual games.
I hate weebs
I'm looking to replace my computer case, and was wondering if there is anything in particular I should be looking for. I like this one. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I6BJATW/_encoding=UTF8?coliid=I3U147PQ214IUO&colid=34VCE1WBTM39M
>>383937181
I have that exact case op. It does it's job. Nothing fancy. It goes good with a red equipment.
>>383937181
That one is fine.
Get enough fans for good airflow.
>>383937181
The Define R5 is like $100 and great.
Did any of you guys buy into VR because of the price cuts and sales? Includes the headset, sensors, Xbox controller, Oculus Touch controllers and 7 games so it's not that bad of a deal. Pirated GORN, Arizona Sunshine, Superhot VR and Raw Data and I'm gonna buy Onward (Insurgency VR), BREACH IT (Rainbow Six VR) and Pavlov (Counter Strike VR) and I have a handful of games that already work with it (Project Cars/Elite Dangerous/Subnautica)
I got mine for $399 with a free $100 Amazon Gift Card. As much as I hate their business practices, I can't justify paying $799 versus essentially $299 for VR.
Said the same in a earlier thread, bought one as a yurop because of the sale.
450 is still a bit steep for a bunch of 3D glasses but since i once tried a headset (DK1) i got pretty much hooked on it, upgraded my PC a little while back so now is the time.
>>383938000
Fucking hell, chink moot fucked up my image again.
$400 is kind of tempting, but i don't know
This has got to be the trifecta of overrated fucking games. They're boring and control like shit. And the stories are lame and pretentious. They insist upon themselves way too fucking much. I bet TLG is just as trash.
>>383936271
It's a dumb contrarian everybody.
I bet you wrote Jill Stein in.
>TRIfecta
>two games
come on lad
Favourite colossus gays? Mine's Gaius, fuck him on Hard time attack though
holy shit it's boring
@383936167
(You)
>>383936167
What started the shitposting/shilling/white flagging spree of this game? It's just a simple castlevania game. idgi.
>>383936415
real shilling, fuck the damage control
What are some examples of games with good/bad difficulty curves? What kind of difficulty curve is the best?
For real life actitivies such as weight lifting the "difficulty curve" is a that it becomes increasingly harder the longer it goes on with occassional points of it being higher or lower for a moment: think warm ups, cooldowns, or moments where you get ambitious and try a weight much heavier than what you normally do.
I think arcade games have very well made difficulty curves with each new stage being much harder than the last, while having little moments of popcorn enemies to help you catch your breath.
The least interesting ones are those that flatline very early, which is how most games are now. For the same reason weight lifting is boring if you never try to make up to higher weights.
Green for games where you can still explore the world after the ending, i.e. open world games - assuming the green peak is like the most powerful boss / final boss in the game or something like that.
Otherwise if the game ends after the final boss, purple.
Chaos Legion is one of those games that's so insanely difficult that at one point in the game you stop, and immediately turn off the game and shelf it forever because you finally realize the game isn't that good to begin with.
>two juvenile Ghost Leviathans in the Lost River
>an adult Ghost Leviathan in the Grand Reef
>a second adult in the Northern Blood Kelp Forest
>one planned for the Sea Treader's Path
>a newborn baby planned for the Giant Tree Cove
>even bigger ones will be in the Void
This game is no longer comfy. It is now terrifying.
>>383936093
>Survivor goes insane and thinks he's a dolphin
>>383935080
>one planned for the Sea Treader's Path
Yet there's still no reason to ever go over there. The western side of the map is pointless and boring.
Cream or Silent ? Trying to decide, you can make your stupid suggestions too
>>383934728
Shadow
>>383934846
It's stupid I like it but not original, I want my teeth to fall with the cringe but also original

Runs like garbage and looks worst than the lowest settings on PC, but it really works.
>>383934087
less crashes than the ps3 version
>>383934087
This was one of the first things I played through when I hacked my OG Xbox a few months ago, and I got through it mostly because it kept making me say "How did they do this...?!" over and over, what with the overall quality of the game compared to the ancientness of the console it was on.
The OG xbox was pretty much a decent mid-range PC released in 2001. You're telling me this 2004 game was so demanding it couldn't run on a 2001 PC?
Why would someone shoot a girl before throwing her off a roof?
