Things that destroyed what little faith you had in developers and the gaming industry as a whole

Almost 2 years since the last update. Glad I sold my xbone. Consoles are a mistake.
>>384787568
Consoles have objectively held back the advancement of games for the past 15 years
>>384786116
Con man didn't say that, but he didn't correct the man who said it either.
Wasn't this supposed to kill piracy?
>>384786059
denuvo v"4.7" already out and v5 in the works.
apparently they're buying more servers for a new license system, prob authentication for each launch.

>When even CDPR CEO says that DRM is retarded.
Why devs actually waste money on Denuvo?
>each version getting cracked faster than the previous one
we did it lads. we spat in the face of the capitalist pigs.
Anyone here playing some wrestling(wwe) games? It seems like this is quite underrated genre with tons of potential
>>384786058
Play fire pro
>>384786058
Like most things related to the WWE. They keep the genre filled with bloated, predictable, games that outlive their welcome.
There hasn't been a good wrestling game associated with WWE since around 2000.
>>384786058
You know wrestling is fake right?
>tfw no Twin Peaks survival horror game with pre-rendered backgrounds and lounge music
Good.
>no cutscene where the VAs have to talk backwards
cut the pre-rendered backgrounds and you have deadly premonition
How hyped are you so far?
>>384785835
I'm literally shaking with anticipation at all the DLC packs i'll be able to buy.
Fuck I love DLC, the first game barely had enough!
>So we're making a DLC and selling it as a full sequel
I'm hyped to see how they are going to out jew themselves after this one. I thought $20 race packs and 7$ hero packs was insane. But these guys have no scruples at all.
>We got a lot of feedback on preorder DLC
>Many people didn't like that it was an army that should have been in the game in the first place
>So instead of giving you an army for Warhammer 2 we'll give you another Chaos army for Warhammer 1 :^)
Another thread for the devoted. /v/ is just not ready to accept Acrid on Jelly romance.
Bigot mods. I hate you.
Does anyone have a good guide to set up hosting? I'm tired of waiting around.
>have your acc family shared with another acc
>buy game
>play that game on the family shared acc
>finish it or drop it because you realized it shit past 2+ hours
>refund it on main acc
this is how you beat the jews
>>384785095
No that's how you become a jew

sending this to valve for good boy points
I'm honestly feel bad for consolebros. I don't know how you guys do it. You all constantly get nickle and dimed for everything, pay for online and just keep accepting terrible business practices over and over again with short expensive mediocre games filled to the brim with micro-transactions and dlc. How do you consolebros do it?
ITT: we try to bait and we fail
>>384784995
Gaming is a cheap interest to me. I just wait a year or sometimes less and get the games dirt cheap. Most of the time, I sell them.online afterwards for almost what I paid. I really done like using a pc for gaming. It has advantages but consoles will always be more comfy to me. I also don't mind paying for online. I usually pay $35 -40 a year which isn't a lot of money compared to the hours I play. I spend more than that on dinner.
>>384785325
Consoles no longer have payed online, and micro-transactions and dlc suddenly no longer exist!
Wow! I'm considering buying a console now!
Thanks, Anon!
Look at Lara's ass as she runs. No jiggle. Sure, her hips sway, but there's no actual jiggle. And this is true for 99% of all games - at least.
Do gamers prefer the way Lara's ass looks when she runs? Do gamers actually think ass jiggle is unattractive?
>>384784702
Who the fuck are you talking to?
>>384784762
Gamers, you dumb fuck
>>384784908
but why here?
Why would anybody ever want to own a PS4?
>>384784478
Why would anyone want to buy an Xbone?
Objectively the best console
>>384784478
Console exclusives, I don't buy any other kind of game. I pirate the rest on my PC, except for a multiplayer every now and then.
Who /hype/ here?
>>384784315
Sorry to say but nobody actually owns a xbone
>>384784581
I do, but I haven't played it since forza 5
Honestly I think I'm just done with consoles
I thought saints row 4 already came out?
>unskippable credits
>>384784228
why is sanae angry?
>>384784329
unskippable credits
>>384784228
>credits are 4 hours long
>it's full of people where not even a tenth of them have a unique name
what is the worst video game ever made
your favourite, obviously
Your favourite video game
driver 3
Why did this game fail?
>>384783909
There's a sealed copy of this at my local game store for $20. Worth picking up?
>>384784179
It's fun because of the charming presentation and simple mechanics. If you just want to relax it's great, otherwise I wouldn't really recommend it.
It's shit. Grindan: the game
Sam's hand to hand mode and final mode are piss easy, but by that point I've exhausted my health packs against his first stage and a lucky hit finishes me off.
How do you do multiple parries? I've tried spamming x(or square) and pressing the left stick repeatedly but only end up blocking two of his combo attacks.
Don't spam, it's like panic rolling in dark souls
You need to leave a little gap between parries.
My honest advice is tokeep on losing because his soundtrack is excellent
>>384784412
>his soundtrack is excellent
True.
Should I use a different unique weapon then Monsoon's sai? I've been spamming him with it, works decently.
each time you do the parry button press make sure to hit the stick in the direction each time. If you don't hit the stick in the direction each time the input might drop. The fight should be easy once you've got the rhythm down, just be careful because Sam's attacks have a "heavy" feel to them so theres alot of windup. Gotta make sure you push the parry to the last second, don't jump the gun when you see the telegraph flash.
