You've played Rayman 2, right /v/?
What did you think of it? I loved it.

I haven't played it in a very long time but I remember it being really good, I had the N64 version though. Next time I play this I'm going to get it on Dreamcast.
Revolution on PS2 looks interesting, what are the differences in that version?
Hey look. It's a
>I hope it doesn't do THAT move
thread. All genres and enemy types, even allies, apply.
Nothing comes to mind, sorry.
Then again, I'm actually good at video games, unlike some of you.
LOL, have a nice loser thread, plebs.

SMT x Digimon when
So why are 3DS games, even years old used ones, still near or at full price?
I thought I'd pick up a New 2DS XL to catch up on the Nintendo stuff I'd passed on last gen. Threw down a preorder because it looks nice and I don't really care about 3D at all, especially with that resolution. But looking at all the games I'm interested in they're all still almost full price.
Why is that?
I was pretty late to the party with the Vita and about 15 or the 30 Vita games I have I paid 9-29 dollars for, and I kinda figured it would be the same for 3DS.
Does Nintendo have decent digital sales or anything like that? Is the entirety of the catalog available through the eShop?
Also game recommendations I guess.
Which games do you want exactly?
Most of the core catalog like Animal Crossing and Triple Deluxe are $20 now as Nintendo Selects, and all of the good Atlus games like EOIV regularly go on digital sale for $10.
Link Between Worlds is great.
Resolution doesn't matter when 3D is on because things pop out of the screen.
3D is literally the best gimmick there ever was.
Nintendo doesn't have to lower their game prices cuz they're not competing with anybody :^)
What is the "why didn't they just fly on the eagles to Mount Doom?" of video games?
"Why didn't Cloud just use Phoenix Down on Aeris?"
what exactly went wrong?
It's not dead at all but it's a bit low on content (even for a fighting game) and most characters play too similarly.
>>384900484
The concept is too barebones and the skill ceiling isn't particularly high.
Controls
Just started RES:0 for the first time. Is this what I'm in for?
stillfunthough
>bonus suits available from the start
why do devs do this now?
>>384900268

Yes, but the retard that made it put "risk of rain" on the name field instead of in the subject.

Outside of straight swords, I thought the PvE in 3 was pretty good.

>>384898687
Dwarf Fortress.
Circuit breakers for sure. The vanilla game should have had them ages ago.
>>384898687
I'll just pull up a bunch that I'm messing around with now
Here are some you may or may not want
>Glitter Tech
Adds some fun endgame content, but everything is super unbalanced and some items are retardedly OP, namely all the weapons and the speed skin suit
>Industrialisation
Pretty much the same as Glitter Tech, fun, but too unbalanced.
>S.A.L's autocrafters 2.0
Pretty neat idea, haven't used it to it's fullest extent yet, but it's pretty fun.
>Industrial rollers
Stupidly fun and synergies fantastically with SAL's autocrafters
>Expanded prosthetics and organ engineering
Not much to say here, it makes things like bad backs and lost limbs reasonably curable, and pretty well balanced too.
>Tilled soil
I like being able to turn stone into soil, and while I think the tilled earth is kind of powerful, but not stupidly so
>Misc robots
Adds cleaning and hauling bots, it's pretty good, but if you hate not having to worry about hauling and cleaning, probably skip this one.
>RedistHeat A17
Changes heating/cooling, pretty decent mod.
Here are some mods you most likely will want for quality of life
>EdB Prepare carefully
>More trade ships
>AC-enhanced crafting - A17
>Feed The Colonists
>Refugee stats
>RT's fuses
>RuntimeGC
>Hand me that brick
>[A17] trading spot
>Stack XXL
Though for Stack XXL, I'd recommend tweaking the mod options somewhat
I want to buy this game
should I?
>>384898315
If you want a simple rpg around the idea of building and better a town and caring for towns folk while going out to dungeon crawl.
Then yes
>>384899715
sounds fun
>>384898315
It's the closest thing to a mix between Ocarina of Time or some random ARPG (i don't remember if it has rpg mechanics tho) and Animal Crossing since you have to manage your oasis in order to get some bonus bullshit, but it's fun. You should get it OP
Is it still broken?
>>384898720
So they fixed the weird sound crashes in Halo 4?
>>384898187
Yes
