First time I'm gonna play this game, decide my build for me, what companions I take and what faction I go with. Should I be evil karma or good, max speech?
>>383881607
fuckin' decide for yourself
>>383881607
almost none of your choices ever matter so min max what shitty things you want to overuse the entire game and yes/no/sarcastic your way to the end
Take Strong as a companion, build stealth sniper, join the brotherhood of steel
What games feature whip weapons?

this game has some

that one you're welcome
so why does every "esports" nowadays have a low skill gap? I'm not interested in watching a bunch of pros doing a bunch of crap I can easily do.
i mean normies and casuals watch and play sports with various levels of skill.
>>383881425
>watching esports
Get a load of this faggot.
Normalfags want to feel skilled for that e-peen value (which is what they feel while playing e-sports) without actually being skilled
How do I stop replaying my old favorites and discover some new games?
>>383881384
Don't bother. You'll just have a backlog of mediocre games you don't actually enjoy and will never get through. At best you'll broaden your horizons, you already know what you like and you know you're not going to find it in more games you feel like you ought to try.
Save yourself the money and the stress, because all you'll do is want to go back and play the games you already love and know you enjoy, and there's no point to forcing yourself to play games you won't actually enjoy.
>>383881702
I can't agree with that simply because I actually have had positive experience of greatly enjoying new games because I forced myself to play them at first.
The problem is: I often find myself lacking the strength to make that first initial push to start playing a new game or play it past the beginning. And I'm actually interested in getting into those games.
I guess it's a general problem of the lack of willpower, rather than a vidya problem in particular.
Tips for some who wants to get gud at Quake Champions. I'm terrible, but I really enjoy it.
>>383881369
git gud
>nuQuake
Dont instantly jump to crutch characters like Clutch or the Lizard guy, actually practise your own mechanics. Quale Live is free and has good training options.
Someone needs to make a level editor for this game.
sounds like a lotta work desuyo
just imagine a cool sequel in your head, that's much more fun
I want to play all the Resident Evils
where do I start and should I play PC versions or emulate?

Recently picked up Apollo Justice and I'm disappointed. Did anyone else feel that way?
>Played MUDs a long time ago
>Big fan of text based stuff
>Decide to see if I can find one to play since most games these days are garbage
>Only MUDs still active are roleplaying shit, or ghost towns, or uninspired bland trash
Sucks. Spent a week looking and I can't seem to find a single one that isn't some RP shitbaggery. I fucking hate RP, and I hate being forced to 'interact' with others. The IRE ones in particular piss me off because the autistic playerbase will have a nerdrage if you ask an 'ooc' question, and even if you don't, they will automatically tell you to ask your city or house (groups players join, kind of like guilds). Well I don't fucking have one and I don't want one, I have no interest in being chained to a bunch of autist RP nerds by the hip just to get access to a fucking helpfile.
Fuck. The genre is fucking dead.
>>383880974
WoTMUD was fun.
>>383880974
Sign of the times, I guess.
I run a MUD 1996 to 2003, we had ~1400 signups with peaks of ~100 players online at a time. Small stuff but it was a lot of fun. Good times.
Such is life
Who is the most misunderstood character in video games?
eternal /ourguy/ Solidus
>>383880819
Probably Bao-Dur
Looking for a good MMO to lose my life in, I tried several of them:
ESO, Black Desert Online, TERA, and WoW.
But not a single one make me want to keep playing for longer than 20 minutes max
Metin2

>MMO
Choose one.

I'm trying to find something that has actual real people playing it, this looks like it's made for robots
I KEEP INSTALLING SRPGS
HOW DO I STOP
>>383880658
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE SRPGS ARE BEST GENRE
We heard Veronica talking with the Elder. We won't stand for this.
>Won't stand for what? She plans to respect the elder's decision.
Respect, nothing. She plans to whisper in his ear. Poison him against theNew Vegas Thread.
No... this has to end now.
Execute them.
>this part
>with base 50 hp on very hard with jsawyer mod. currently level 13
>>383880604
Gimme a reason why you faggots didn't storm their bunker and fry every single tin man with the pulse gun, putting a bullet into the heads of the regulars and turning their squatting hole into a gravel pit for House after they had the fucking balls to slap a bomb collar on you. Nobody, not one group fucks with my Courier and lives, same with the Khans who are like fucking cockroaches.
>>383880604
>not threatening him over shoving that codex in his ass
>>383880604
>Execute them.
Someone tell me why this type of armor style is almost never seen in games anymore. It's always generic, plastic looking kiddie crap and tacticool shit.
>>383880547
play team fortress 2 then if you're sick of generic and tacticool armor
>>383880547
Isn't that armor basically just some swat armor with a duster coat and pants? Kinda taps into that tacticool stuff you're talking about.
Either way, you don't unique armor types often because they don't fit the theme of the game. Most games go for basic fantasy shit, military themes, or real life. So there are very few games that really define themselves in how armor is designed.
>>383880745
Burned out sadly, and the Nu-updates made it super shitty. I just wish more games had the specific elite Ranger clothing type rather than the future gay kiddie shit.
>look at steam friends list
>realize i haven't talked to a lot of these people in months if ever
>decide to clean it out
>move everybody i'm going to unfriend to a separate list
>it's 80% of my friends list
should i do it?
>>383880517
a barren friends list would probably be depressing to look at. unless you're a bitch and hiding in offline mode I'd say don't do it.
>>383880517
>haven't talked to a lot of these people in months if ever
they mean nothing then
>>383880517
Yes, those 4 people won't miss you.
