Never. Platofrm and network exclusivity means more hardware sales. Only the third parties might be interested in crossplay, but they must first somehow persuade the console manufacturers to let this happen.

Crossplay will only become a thing when both companies are in deep shit with no clear winner. Sony currently has no reason to allow crossplay when it has the console with the bigger playerbase, same thing Microsoft did when the 360 was the one dominating.

On Lunatic maybe, but not on Normal for the most part
Some 4th or 5th stages you could argue are exceptions though I suppose, especially in the first few Windows games
It takes a long time to develop the particular skills needed to 1cc on Normal but its a mistake to confuse developing those skills with memorizing the game. It took me months to 1cc EoSD but then I romped through the rest of the series in pretty short order.

i sort of agree with this but i dont have much of a challenge with trying to squeeze my little ass hitbox in tight spaces. the real problem with getting good at trying to maneuver through tight spots is trying to not get cross eyed.
