I hope they bring the Goriya back. The NES version (with the boomerang), NOT the SNES version (that mirrored your movements).
Assuming the next Zelda is a follow-up to BotW, I could see them acting as one of the largest/rarest normal enemies. Somewhere around the power level of a Yiga Blademaster.

Not even the slightest pause passed before a teammate told me that, instead, “What we need is another man.”

1x PvP opened today, has anyone played it yet? I think the random enchantments and new unique item effects seems interesting. They are gonna do vanilla to WotLK, so right now it's all vanilla

The concept is silly because, despite melee talents and abilities being neutered to be even weaker than in vanilla, you basically end up with Titan's Grip windfury weapon seal of command plate-wearers spamming Sinister Strike because that's such an obvious thing to do, and players that don't go that route end up playing largely the same way the specs play in standard WotLK since there's no synergies between any of the talents or abilities so you basically end up playing "arcane mage" or "demo lock" anyway, with an exception of using Charge with warbringer talent and similar exceptions that don't in any way fit the theme of your custom class, just because those talents/abilities are so good for everyone. On top of it all, the custom classes have exactly zero flavor since you have to pay even for abilities like Sentry Totem and no one in their right mind does that.
When I checked the server in its beta several months ago, they had done a good job with the custom talent UI stuff and such like, but while "classless WoW" is in principle a workable concept, you have to change talents and abilities more than just nerfing the "obviously good" ones like Windfury or shaman/paladin ap/str->sp talents into oblivion. For example, there might be an interesting spellsword/melee healer playstyle out there with Maelstrom Weapon, but in actuality you can only use MW with shaman abilities like in regular WotLK, and talents that would enable such a playstyle (like the forementioned sp talent) are nerfed so as to make the concept even worse than regular enhashaman with dual-earthliving/flametongue is.
