Can we share funny stories about video game meetups?
I want to hear some cringey stories.
My local Smash scene is full of bronies and manchildren. Everyone smells, wears pokemon clothing in public including hats. Girls used to show up, but they got scared away really quick.
Our venue is this close to kicking us out because of the messes people leave in the bathroom.

Is Robert Atkin Downes as Kazuhira Miller in Metal Gear Solid 5 the single greatest performance by a voice actor in a video game ever? I can't think of anyone that comes close.

Because the first evil. That said VtM, while technically a /tg/ series rather than /v/, does that whole thing really well with Caine being more of a boogieman type thing in-universe while also being an actual constant threat to all modern lifeforms as is known in The Final Nights.

Only endgame Metroid. Even then, at least those games had enemies so powerful near the end that you actually had to jump around to dodge their attacks still. Then there's speed run tricks that actually add depth like how you time your missiles in the 2D games that this game lacks.

Change to third person like morph ball. Needed because without it they have just "go here and scan shit" as their only draw. It's like a glorified walking simulator game at that point.
