Both space hulk games are great, if you like turn based squad tactics. Total Warhammer is 2016's GOTY and pretty much the best TW game if you consider the battles to be the primary gameplay element of TW. I bought Deathwatch, but I'm pretty sure it's not very good. Vermintide dis solid, but it might be dead now, since it's a MP game.
Also, these aren't the only Warhammer games on sale. Scroll down and you will see that Mordheim and both DoW games are on sale. Mordheim is pretty much the most mechanically deep SRPG ever made, but it's a very slow and punishing game with a shit interface. DoW1 is a great RTS and DoW2 is a great real time tactics game.

As a game, yeah, it was actually quite good. Took bits and pieces of inFamous, Crackdown and JSR and put them all in the blender.
Terrible writing though, with the exception of the sub mission about focus testing robots (Which is pretty clearly Insomniac taking a pop off at EA over the whole Fuse fiasco).
