How bad is this game? Looking for a collect-a-thon to dick around in.
>>386270517
Pirate it, play it and, if you like it, buy it.
>>386270517
It's not bad at all.
It's exactly what Playtonic said it would be. A 3D platformer.
If you like good games, get it. If you don't, don't get it.
Really bad.
This review explains it perfectly

Are you ready for the Blue Bomber's revival in 3 days?
hoe many times are people gonna buy these same games?
>a literal emulation of old games qualifies as revival

To be fair, 7 and 8 have been re-released once and 9 and 10 were PS3/360/Wii exclusive up until now.
That being said, I only bought this due to the Prime Day fuck up.
>shit gameplay
>but has excellent lore

What video games do you guys play with your girlfriends?
I don't have a girlfriend
Last games we played were:
Resident Evil 7
Layers of Fear
SOMA
Now we're playing Pillars of Eternity; I'm narrating everything that doesn't have voice acting.
Very comfy.
I play the I-watch-her-son-while-she-is-out-with-Tyrone-game, like a good little pussywhipped white cuckboi.
This game is pretty good but the soundtrack is honestly underwhelming not only compared to later 3D Marios like the Galaxy games but to other platformers at the time like Banjo Kazooie.
There's like 3 good original songs and they use the same 5 songs for all 15 levels. The songs that are good are pretty memorable but I'd would have liked more variety.
>>386269925
Banjo isn't really a comparable contemporary.
A fairer comparison would probably be Bubsy 3D or something.
>>386270272
Why not?
>>386269925
More variety would have been nice I suppose, but what is there is unforgettable IMO.
Dire Docks and Dry Dry Desert are in my top 20 "getting high" songs.
Battlestations thread.

Seems pretty cozy, but those corners make me a little claustrophobic. Also, how's your neck considering how fucking high your television is?
>>386270001
>Also, how's your neck considering how fucking high your television is?
Why do people always ask this?
1.I don't watch my tv when at my PC
2.I could easily roll my chair out of the corner and watch the tv
3. I have a bed, I watch from there.
Thanks for the compliments though, it is cozy.
DINGPOT DINGPOT BY THE BENCH, WHO IS THE NICEST LOOKING WENCH?
Why it's Grunty any day, she really takes my breath away.
Destroy the bear, I think I will.
This is best game, take the red pill.

That would be my waifu, stupid witch.
Unlike you, she's not a bitch.
Is Breath of the Wild overrated?
>>386269554
yes.

Yes, but it's not a bad game.

You mean PC oriented development at its finest. I hate normies and their stone age technology, consoles killed gaming.

Have you ever bought the collector's edition of a game?
I've bought Dishonored 2, GTA V, and Fallout 4.
I'm really starting to regret buying these, it's just a bunch of plastic shit that sits in my closet.
No, but I bought a steelbook version of Arkham City that doesn't fit in with any of my other games.
I don't really get the purpose of steelbooks.
>>386269120
No Man's Sky. I think there was an edition even more expensive than what I bought though.
Also picked up the Ultimate Edition of Defiance for 30 bucks, it originally retailed for... 150 I think?
>>386269120
Metal Gear Rising but I don't regret it because the bonus was a cool plasma lamp.
