I am a young adult, and recently, well for what seems like forever, I have not been intrigued by any game what so ever. Even games that I have logged hundreds of hours into seem so repetitive and boring. I browse the steam marketplace all day and I cannot find a game that suits me. It seems others have this problem and their solution was to take a break, which I have been doing. Nothing is working. I recently spent a bunch of money on a new pc and I feel like its going to waste because of my lack of interest all of a sudden. Now, looking for a game to play feels like a hassle. I remember times where I would spend all day on warcraft, mount & blade, dark souls, terraria, cs:go, and others. and have so many games I'd like to purchase. Perhaps since I am young my gears are shifting to more diverse things? Recently, I have gained interest in biking and other outdoorsy activities, but I really want to have interest in games. But, they have became boring.
TL;DR used to love games, now as my hobbies change, and life i feel like playing games is boring and a chore. Yet, I have a desire to play them. I need a solution.

Nigga, go outside, try something new, go out and exercise, read some books, play a sport, take up a martial art, just do something that's not gaming, or you just sitting around on your ass all day. If you are always sitting in front of the computer, it starts to get a bit old, doesn't it? Do something productive, and you will then start to appreciate the times where you relax and play vidya. Also, I found that limiting my time on 4chan/ the internet in general helped me out a ton. There's a ton of shit you could do, but I'm no philosopher trying to tell you how to live your life.

Samefag here but another thing I thought of is that that battle is pretty much with the theme of all the divine beasts but in reverse. Each divine beast had a sort of game/boss to get into the divine beast, then the blight inside. Ganon is reversed where it's the boss, then the dark beast is pretty much like the minigames. I'm not defending it since I still think it was anticlimatic but I think that's what they were going for and it didn't really work. But again, it wasn't that it wasn't fun or interesting, but that everyone would agree that the last phase of the boss should be the hardest part of it. Either it should have been harder or they should have had a 3rd stage.

There a lot of rumors that a PlayStation All-Stars successor is being worked on.
Yes a successor is in the works. The game will be revealed later this year and will feature over 30 characters, over 20 stages, a bunch of different modes including story and arcade, and tons of unlockables.
Some of the characters include

And some of the stages include

>Ruins of Tiru: Mark of Krir X Final Fantasy
The game is scheduled for release for late Q3 of next year. Get hyped, cause Sony is putting way more effort into this one compared to the original.
