Earthbound wasn't that good to begin with, the characters were flat and the combat system added nothing new. But at least mother 3 had much better characters and it added something new to make the combat system better and more unique. Too bad Nintendo sucks dick and won't give it a global release.

I've played it for 80 or more hours with friends. It's real fun that you can take an objective from any angle. I am at least happy they continue to patch it. I might get the Season pass eventually.

So? I grew out of Metal music when I was 17 and I didn't go to my music forum to cry about how I wasn't enjoying it anymore.
I moved on. Videogames aren't a lifestyle, they're a hobby. I find that nowadays I enjoy drawing a lot more than videogames, and I barely play 1-2h every other day.
Maybe it's time to move on.

I need help understanding why these games are so popular. The combat in these games gets old the further you get, the stories are shit in almost every single one, and the worlds range from awesome to lacking.
I love final fantasy III for snes though. the story was doable for me, it looks great, the world is kinda bland, but most of all i like how each character has a set class (except the god sabin of course) and the amount of characters there are. the game rocks.
Final fantasy 7 on the other hand is shit imo. shit story, shit characters, and way more boring than 6 which came before it.
However, every final fantasy game has one kickass thing: music. almost every final fantasy track ranged from good to god.

Hon had great concepts though, their reimagining of ports were great (Pestilence, Pharaoh, Magebane, etc)

Gone Home is currently $4.49 on Steam currently docked from a price of $20. I recently completed Firewatch and was looking for another cool exploration game. I got it for free, and I regret wasting my time. There is no exploration, no mini games, nothing to really interact with. You walk around, open doors or drawers, and look at objects to get exposition. I explored everything and it only lasted for 2 hours, with a story that doesn't even have a resolution. If you don't value your time, go for it
You gonna buy Grigori's game for the third time, right? You DO want to show Capcom that more Dragon's Dogma would be viable for them, right?
