Reviewers all hate 3d platformers. They only give good reviews when they feel the game's fame forces them too.
Whenever they decide "no I'll be HONEST this time!" They shit all over them, complaining that the world is too full of stuff to collect, or too empty and that the camera is bad.
If the reviewer is a Brit raised on Sega and Playstation you'll often get the honest opinion that "platforming can't work in 3d anyway!"

In other words this game has no chance to impress reviewers, and too little marketing to get an audience. If it isn't in the lowest tier of a Humble Bundle in 3 months I'll be impressed.

Beat it with Marisa summer and I can easily do it again with other characters. Feels a lot more fair then 15 that's for sure. Fun game but damn I hate curvy lazers.

That's the first one I did it with as well.
I should get the 1cc with every character on normal at least, to get access to extra, but I haven't really been feeling it.
I'll just keep doing Lunatic with different Subshots as Marisa.

The best saturday morning cartoon I've ever played.

I remember renting it at blockbuster and playing the save file that had the last couple of bosses left and that was it. No idea why I never started it from the beginning.

Agreed, plus, the KR4 devs are socialists. It's pretty clear some of their biases made way into their variant of the mod. You don't have shit like that in KR: Darkest Hour.
