I can't take this game seriously because none of these """japanese""" people look like real japanese people.

repetitive (like most vanillaware games). however, its extremely fun to play, the art, the music, the setting and characters all contribute to a certain feel that I really enjoy. I'm a fan of it myself and played the vita version and all the DLCs to death. But again, it is repetitive, i've recommended it to people before who didnt like it for that reason

Great game. Looks beautiful, plays very well, and lots of content available if you want to screw around with it. Perhaps the biggest critique against the game (outside the terrible Wii translation) is that the "second half" of every characters' story, between the first ending and moving on to the third part with new areas, involves just running around until you collect the swords you need to trigger the endgame section.

Also, while I thought it was great and a good challenge thanks to the challenge areas, I can see why people might find it rather repetitive and easy if they skip those and just stick with the main branch.
