Strider is cool as hell but the health thing makes Hard way too punishing, while Normal is trivially easy. Not very fun.

The last one being Endless Online which never got out of beta and was filled with trash sadly.

Because 2 hours is more than enough time to play a game and think about whether or not you enjoy it.

Granted, games with a playtime of less than the refund time should have a different refund time, but standardization is the most sound business model in any situation.

I'm pretty sure steam also has a policy surrounding how many games and the frequency in which you refund them.
