It's ok, but feels better handheld IMO because I come to expect that handheld split to feel small. Jumping from Switch to a DS4 is awkward because the sticks are so much larger. I'd prefer something bigger, but it's ok for what it is and I think I'd rather just use it than drop $70 on a pro controller.

my hopes for e3:

from software shows off their new game. maybe also they've decided to start a bloodborne II project (very very far-fetched dream)

cod ww2 looks like something fun (i havent played a call of duty since black ops 2 so i wouldn't mind picking up it new).

honestly tho gaming in the past few months has been wild good. we've gotten titles for everyone in massive amounts and i don't think e3 can live up to what we got in Q1 2017. we got fucking games that were in development for 10 years.

some good fun games i will get excited for, for about 3 minutes.
then will proceed to forget about them and buy them for £5 a year later.

As long as i can play cuphead in my fucking pc i literally dont care about what they do with the scorpio

No...? Buy it now retard. The Switch has proven that it's incredibly easy to optimize for to churn out perfect native framerates. In fact, in many cases, the use of assets in Switch ports is SUPERIOR, indicating that the Switch has a certain ease of development courtesy of its unique processor set up that makes it ideal for game development.

It's not an exaggeration to say there will be a flood of third party support. The system is just made for developers, from the options of AA, bloom, semi-transparent effects, and texture mapping. As a programmer, the system is a dream.

Take Dragon Quest Heroes I+II for example. It suffers from low framerate issues, but only because its assets were taken from the PS3 version. They should have worked with the PS4 version from the gecko, which would have lowered the burden on the Switch having to work in a dual variant framework.

In a way, DQH kinda proves the quality of the Switch by being the exception.

I really want one before Chrsitmas, I'm I'm almost certain the slim/lite/xl/deluxe/i/advance/sp version will be announce before next year's E3.
