Hey, /v/. I work at Nintendo's marketing department and we have just finished up sorting the final E3 materials. I thought I would come here and share just some of the plans we have before things start getting out there.

First of all, Nintendo's "official" E3 announcement and details will actually be revealed today, within the next several hours, actually. Like previous years, it's going to be a Digital Event rather than a stage show, but that should come as no surprise.

Treehouse streams that follow the Digital Event will be similar to last year, with Super Mario Odyssey being a huge focus on the first day and other titles being show off the second. The Digital Event itself WILL feature multiple games.

Pokemon Stars will be shown extensively, but this won't be the announcement. The game will first be revealed at the end of the month in it's own Pokemon Direct. Switch/3DS.

Luigi's Castle is the BIG title that will debut. Next Level Games have been working on this title since the release of Dark Moon, and was in development along side Metroid Prime: Fedoration Force.

Speaking of Metroid, yes, there is a new one, and it will be shown off here, but will not be as big a focus as Luigi's Castle. I'm not going to spoil anything about this, but it is not being made by Retro Studios (their game is not being revealed yet).

Monster Hunter 5 will be announced for the first time and will be a Nintendo Switch exclusive. It has a 2018 release date.

a while back I was attempting to get a cheap killing floor 2 key from them only to have three """failed""" attempts at buying a cheap key, then I decided fuck it I'll get the """insurance""" and buy from the """prefferred""" reseller. Still didn't go through. I guess something went through though because somebody used my card to start buying copies of playerunknown en masse two days ago. This website is a fucking scam and anybody with a brain would use almost any other reseller

You have made it at last. Also:

- More ways to capture castles. Can raid castles from high places. Stealth infiltration also possible.

- Long-Range Arrow FPS mode from 5 confirmed returning & usable for all characters.

- Time & Weather will change real-time. Enemies will be harder to detect you on nighttime & rain.

- Map has Main Missions that will progress history but difficult, so beat related missions to reduce diff like 4

- State Combo system: Moveset will change phantasmagorically based on surrounding enemy situations. State Combo starts with Trigger attack, then Follow attacks which active change, & ends with Finish attack.

- Interactive Action: Action that changes based on terrain & objects. Can attack with field objects.

- Grappling hook can be used to not only climb castle walls but also high mountains.

- Swimming confirmed returning from DW6
You can also use oil cans to trigger fire attacks.

- Battles are not split by stages. Battles in the same era (date) will take place in different places.

- If you go to Nanman during Yellow Turban Rebellion, Nanman ppl will be talking about Zhang Jiao.

- Story is character-based (back to pre-DW7). But there will be no What-If branches.

- The era is corresponding to character chosen. eg. Zhao Yun starts around 184, Wang Yuanji starts after 234.

- Boats are also added as transportation because it takes 5 minutes if you cross the yellow river swimming

- On land you mainly move by riding horse, but they're also planning to add Fast Travel system.
