For the character creation screen, select 3 MetaStreum and hammer the fusion button until you get all green. Get the .444 Bear Killer ASAP, it's your workhorse for the most of the game. The cyberlegs are the single best and most hilarious upgrade, and research the medkit first.
There's a bunch of infographics, but I don't have them saved because I'm a dumbass.
