Recent episodes going strong with Towa x Kirara, like our epic case of Mana x Regina relationship is time to this thread comeback
Episode 25 of Princess sub is out.
Mermaid couldn't wait to dive on her hot young body.
What do you think was in the final suitcase? I'm hoping that it would be
lingerie too hot for them to show on TV, and hence would be an added scene on the dvd (yeah not likely...). Given that she'd need to have a change of clothes like the rest of the girls I think that, or at least clothes are the contents of the final suitcase. Pillows for a pillow fight would be another option. What do /u/ think?
>Episode 25 of Princess
Everyone else see the hidden meaning of sparks flying between these two?
In the background
someone explodes at the lewdness of the hand holding. How about the look on their faces? Enjoying it?
>What do you think was in the final suitcase?
>Good god, those costumes are hideous.
You say that now? Haven't you been watching the rest of the season before now? Oh, wait ... are you perhaps alluding to the fact you'd rather see them naked?
>Minami couldn't wait to dive on her hot young body.
Such a naughty look they share.
each thread has a limit for how many posts it allows before it stops being bumped to the front page. Once it reaches that, it will be pushed back until newer threads finish taking it out of the catalog.
new comments won't keep the thread floating, so then it's time to make a new one.
/u/ just got bored of Precure, and let it sink into oblivion. Even episode 24, with all that Kirara/Towa action, the thread was kinda forgotten.
I guess the rest of the board was busy with either Symphogear GX or Hibike Euphonium.
Although, considering the last thread went full Robihno for a while, this wasn't really surprising.
Nagisa tries to steal Hibiki's girl in Eunos' new doujin.
I can understandTowa[/spoiler] not being in the movie, but it bugs me that
Regina didn't go with Mana and the others. I would think she'd be majorly pissed off they left her behind. I also think they could have played up the weaknesses in the villains plans. Namely Milk could have transformed where the fairies were being held, and broke them out. I also wish they had the movie only precure(s)travel there too. Even though I'm nitpicking things it still wasn't a bad movie overall.
for Hibiki and Nagisa, it's the same thing
I have a question for my more experienced Onee-sama. I recently set up a bank account and I was thinking of using my money to purchase Isya's Yuri Cure collection off of Fakku, but I was worried about them sending me something in the mail saying that I purchased it. I live with a family member and I'd rather they didn't know what kind of stuff I'm into. Could I purchase the book without there being any evidence that I did so?
Kinda weird that this one was pretty much just a greatest hits kinda thing rather than something with a plot. Lots of handholding though.
So, is Mana's birthday or something? Because the Mana fanart is exploding over twitter
Not sure if related. But It's Nabatame Hitomi's birthday (8/4).
I have no idea what's going on, but I like it!
What a waste of an episode the story of Princess 27 was. They should know no one cares about that guy. At least we got the girls together at the festival.
Moving on to what looks to be a much better episode. We know Towa wants to get involved in some girl+girl action. Who do you think will be the one to teach Towa to swim in lesbian waters?
(Look at them flashing her panties to us.)
Princess Haruka continues the seduction of girls into her harem.
Next step in their co-modeling career is the two naked wrapped in each others arms while another girl photographs them, (To make it kinky maybe Kirara's mom). I can just imagine what she'd do with her personal collection of pictures of the two together.
I like to think they are shamelessly groping here
That amazing Saki/Mai artist is doing something slightly different this time
some azuma yukihiko's stuff. The artist behind all the Mai/Saki goodies
Um, Onee-sama, those aren't panties, that's her swimsuit.
Speaking of which, it's the first time ever that they've given us all the mains in swimsuits. It's kinda been an unwritten rule that you never show the mains in swimsuits in the anime. For calendars or magazines or the manga, it's fine, but never the anime. I am okay with this change in policy. Their swimsuits are relly cute.
I don't suppose anybody happened to get this?
M: Me too! I love Saki, so...
S: I'm so happy!
Artist goes by Seita over Danbooru
>Mugino 08/30/15(Sun)09:43:06 No.1854064
That's JST. The show was over 43 mins before he posted that. He could've watched a livestream and there are raws out, too.
Don't get me wrong, I can't stand Mugino, either, but he could've actually watch this.
Yui gives Haruka the whole "make sure you come back alive" speech, while also being a suitable damsel for Towa
Not to mention there's some damn fine battle animation in the second half. I can see why they held back on the All-Stars movie this year.
Doremi posted the following on their twitter:
"Go! Princess Precure episode 31 is going to be delayed due to Labor's Day weekend. Most likely Wednesday or Thursday release."
Time to go to sleep....
>Doremi posted the following on their twitter:

Looks like it may be out sooner than originally suspected:
Gayness or goodness?
It seems quite likely that the Pink will have some kind of romance with a magical prince. Or at least infatuation. In terms of goodness it's OK. It certainly had its shining moments in both aspects.
I thought I had some nicer screenshots from this episode, but I guess not.
It's done pretty well when it comes to the battle scene animation. I can't particularly think of any that were outright terrible and the previous week's fight against Lock was a corker.
5 times in 31 episodes is a suboptimal balance. Unless this infatuation is a fangirl crush of sorts ("OMG a prince!") that should eventually pass. In which case it's only marginally tolerable.
>Episode about Minami's alleged fiancée
>All about him being jelly of Haruka being close to Minami
>Actually one of the gayest episodes yet
>>All about him being jelly of Haruka being close to Minami
>>Actually one of the gayest episodes yet
The other Precures are already aware of Haruka and Minami having sex with each other as confirmed by Twinkle.
Haruka seeing she has nothing to fear, and has Minami's heart locked up (no pun intended).
>as confirmed by Twinkle
Woops, meant Scarlet - although they both kind of said it.
>Haruharu: When are you getting married?
>Toawcchi: Isn't he your Fiancé?
>Minamin: Kimimaro dedided that all by himself.
>Haruharu: I-I see. <extremely happy and exited look on her face>
>Aroma: Why is Flora so relieved? <Haruharu laughing like she's extremely relieved in the foreground>
I WONDER WHY
That at least could've been hilarious.
With Glitter Force, while it's uncertain for the moment, if we check check oh Saban's past works, it has been kind of a mixed bag, with mostly awful results.
Could've been worse.
At least they didn't end up calling it Gangnam Girl.
Apparently this one's gonna be streamed on Netflix and will consist of 40 of the 48 episodes. Bet you £50 the Cinderella episode is one of the ones getting cut.
If they give it the same treatment as Digimon then they might at least keep the surnames with first names keeping at least phonetically close to the Japanese ones. Stuff like "Rachel Aoki" and "Annie Hino", to guess a couple.
When were the two of them talking?
In bed after sex of course!
The Kirara + Haruka pairing may have some competition. The girl with the scrunchy is extremely horny and shaking her ass like crazy.
Looks like it's hitting Netflix on December 18.
I'll probably give it a watch since dubs to me are either an excuse to watch a series I like again or to just laugh at the localizations.
>Dear god, just think of what they'll do to Akane's okonomiyaki business
>dubs to me are either an excuse to watch a series I like again or to just laugh at the localizations
>think of what they'll do to Akane's okonomiyaki business
In b4 she sells hamburgers.
That was a very yuri episode! Beginning with the new intro that previews the movie(s).
How yuri was that ice skating scene between Flora and Scarlet? (Seemed pretty damn yuri with the lewd handholding, spinning, dancing.
This episode Minami finds a female lover outside of the Princess group. It seems like each of the girls is acquiring a female to be their lover outside of their Princess group. Haru has the flower girl at school (Hanae Komori). Kirara has the marble donuts girl (as well as her fan girls, her manager, and her mother). Minami has Asuka, and we could probably connect Towa to Yui (Yui could move to Hope kingdom and right Towa/Scalets memoirs and be her lover).
Indeed. Heck, that scene has even so many lines which can easily be re-interpreted
No Precure episode this week. To make you feel a little better I post this.
Lots of laughs, plenty of polyamarous shipping, occassional doses of despair and a somewhat unhealthy addiction to rock, paper, scissors.
I'm guessing that was an unintentional typo of Reika, since that author has done a few of NaoRei doujins.
RikkaxNao would be interesting to see, though I imagine that chokkyu shoubu would be too much for Rikka to take.
The dude Pink crushes on appears sparingly and Blue told her "fiancee" to fuck off.
Don't quote me on that, though. Best to err on the side of caution and just toss Princess in the trash with Happiness Charge
It's no more irritating than the male heartthrobs from the early seasons, which are still deemed highly gay despite their presence, and Haruka never really goes all gushy over Kanata as far as I can tell.
Princess also has some of the most consistently good battle animation in recent series. The newest ep was just fantastic on that front.
>Is Princess yet another het season like Heartcharge? I just read the thread an all I can see is Pink crushing on a dude and Blue has a fiancee.
Whoever you read was lying to you. Pink does not have a crush on the prince. Pink has feelings (that she has yet to realize) for the Blue cure. The blue cure has a thing for a female
doctor, and has no interest in her so called finance (he declared himself such, and she had her family see him as nothing). Princess has been a very yuri season with very yuri episodes. Its not as yuri as DokiDoki Precure was (nothing is), and at the moment has a similar yuri vibes to Fresh (which was pretty yuri in my view). If you haven't checked out DokiDoki and/or Fresh give them a watch. If you've seen them and many other season, and are wondering if you should check out Princess then the answer is yes. Since Princess hasn't ended yet we don't know how the season will end, but to this point its been a good watch.
It kinda pains me to say that, but despite being the hettest Precure season this side of Yes5, HapCha was a rather good anniversary season and by itself. I would have preferred to have more yuri there, like yellow/purple at least, but it has more than delivered on non-romance front. Cure abilities, flight being a base one, changing costumes as powerups, high (if uneven) budget for fight scenes - were all definitely good things.
As for Princess, Kanata the prince most likely is going to have more screentime from 39 onwards, but probably won't become full blown love interest. Though he and Haruka do share a handful of scenes than can be interpreted as romantic development, most important decisions, character-wise, Haruka makes herself. Like in 39,
Kanata's support of her dream was shown as important, but not as THE THING that drives her.
>not seeing the obvious blue/purple action that sadly was cut down for more pink
Why is pink magical girl/reformed dark magical girl the purest form of love?
That doujin is so awesome.
Dub's not out til December, but there's information gleaming through German sites and voice announcements.
What I've gleamed so far:
Miyuki = Emily
Akane = Kelsey
Yayoi = Lily
Nao = April
Reika = Chloe
Wolfrun, Akaoni and Majorina = Ulric, Brute and Brooha
Not 100% certain about the "Glitter" names since the sources were in German, but they seem to just go with color names (ie. Glitter Pink, etc).
Cut episodes seem to include ep10 (where Akane tries to run her okonomiyaki shop), ep17 (the Fujiwara episode, understandable since likenesses are involved), and ep19 (the one about Yayoi's dead dad)
I can understand localization. You can get a wider audience with that, so it makes some sense.
Cutting content however, does not. Even people who have no intention of watching the original will inevitably learn that they are getting a censored version and wonder what got cut. And these days it's extremely easy to find out.
The problem is that while that is a viable - if irritating - way of doing things, here in particular it's a bad idea, because of the villain clock. Smile counts down exactly how many enemies need to be defeated before the next important thing happens; where are they going to get those extra villains from? They could cut the clock entirely, of course, but that probably has its own host of problems built-in.
I know, that's why I singled it out.
"Ulric" is too obscure to serve as reference (form of old english name Wulfric, which means "wolf ruler") and "Brute"? Really? What's wrong with "Demon"?
I wonder what are they going to do with Joker.
Other than sending Batman at him.
I've just thought of something. If Toei is aware that these series could start receiving dubs do you think that they might purposefully start cutting out things that might it not make it as marketable to western children, or do you think that Toei won't give a shit and just continue business as usual?
I don't think dubs are something Toei really considers for this particular franchise, because the concept of a show targeted at young girls but with an emphasis on extreme martial arts is a pretty tough sell to Western networks. It doesn't have quite the wide appeal as something like Digimon and Power Rangers, which have male leads but also female characters for girls to root for. Doesn't help that the dub of the first series only aired in Canada and the UK.
A more viable solution would be to make the other series available on Crunchyroll, but that seems to be something Toei are reluctant to do either.
this artist also did a series with the girls in "fantasy armor", but there isn't much yuri from the samples they released
oh wow, I need this in my life.
More Glitter Force deets for the sadists.
In short, Happy, March and Beauty got changed to Lucky, Spring and Breeze while Sunny and Peace got to keep theirs, albeit with the Glitter moniker. Voice-wise, Miyuki/Emily sounds an awful lot like Sailor Moon's DiC VA and Yayoi/Lily's voice sounds way too deep for my liking.
>a Netflix original series
I may be wrong, but I don't think that's the definition of "original"
>"IT'S GLITTER TIME!"
No, Candy, no!
Also, their original Cure names were already in English. Why rename them?
Can we talk about how the last GoPri had a little cute moment between Kirara and Minami?
And it's gonna be on after The Force Unleashed. Prepare to be curbstomped.
>I may be wrong, but I don't think that's the definition of "original"
It's Saban, what did you expected?
So yeah, "Glitter Force" is on Netflix now, and if you're not into dubs, especially Sabany ones, it probably isn't for you, but I thought I'd give my two cents.
Oddly enough, some of the more tedious stuff is the stuff they add instead of remove:
*Episode 1 has unneccessary foreshadowing where they use future footage to give the old "they were in my dream". If you wanted to go with that plot, you should've dubbed Heartcatch.
*The show's method of avoiding epilepsy is to stick a dark and gloomy vignette over various spots. Just as attractive as it sounds.
*They reeeeeally want you to listen to this Blush group. They start off by having songs lazily synced to the Japanese ED dances, but then they do the terrifying thing of making their own dance vids using models I'm pretty sure they snagged off the first MMD modeller they could find.
As far as voices go, it's kinda cutesy and annoying, but considering the face it's a show aimed at little girls in the first place, it's fittingly cutesy and annoying. Emily sounds suitably autistic, Lily has a nice crybaby voice and Joker is flaming as fuck. There's also some lines of dialogue I found amusing. They kept in pic related so that's all I need.
For those curious about localization, so far they've just referred to okonomiyaki as "like Japanese pizza" and dubbed Kyoto "the Asia-Pacific Expo".
In short, dub-snubbers ain't gonna like it, but it's not too offensive either.
For those wondering about the status of Princess episode 45 Doremi posted the following:
"Episode 45 will be delayed until the Xmas weekend.
Ladholyman is out on interviews for hospital residencies, and Maceart is out due to the holidays.
Merry Christmas from Doremi-fansubs. "
>For those wondering about the status of Princess episode 45 Doremi posted the following:

Well...pleasantly we didn't have to wait until the weekend after all. Here is episode 45:
>Mirai, Riko, and Mofurun join hands and speak the magic words "Cure-Up Rapapa!," their pendants glow, and they become the legendary Precure.
Looks like we're back to the classic double-henshin requirement.
Aw jeez, if it's you saying it noone's gonna believe it.
But yes, it is pretty fucking gay
Don't mind me.
I'm just gonna leave this here.
Happy Holidays, /u/.
So as far as voices for MahoCure are concerned, we've got Rie Takahashi (Gakkou Gurashi's Miki) as Mirai and Yui Horie (YuruYuri's Akane, along with a shittonne of other stuff) as Riko.
Also looks like Haruka's got the leg up on Mana when it comes to crossover shipping on Pixiv.
