There's this idea called the hedgehog's dilemma which is used as an analogy for people being too afraid of becoming close and hurting each other in the process. I think it ressonates well with Elsa's story.

Elsa as Vanessa.
Kristoff as Max.
Hans as the pastor/brother/lawyer.

I dunno why but the characters just fit so perfectly.

Cute as the idea is that Elsa's tears thawed Anna, Anna clearly thawed herself. There was the entire set-up of true love meaning putting the needs of the one you love over your own. Olaf kind of flat-out says this. Of course, Elsa did this for Anna the whole movie anyways, so even if it wasn't Elsa's act of true love that thawed Anna, it's all still super gay.

I understood roughly 50% of this exchange, but this is a perfect example of why I tread lightly in fandom; often other people will spoil your love for it. I feel like there's something particularly treacherous about the Elsanna fandom. It's all fun and games til someone fucks up and then everyone's horrible. Frac is (was) a major /frz/ pseudo-namefag. Obsession with her spiralled out of control like it always does with content creators on 4chan, to the point where lots of generals were basically circlejerks about her. Eventually she posted the infamous "beer-bottle pic" and /frz/ went crazy and tried to dox her. She ragequit /frz/ and retreated to tumblr, and there haven't been EiS updates since the beginning of March, although she has expressed some interest in continuing.

And things like this are why we need to take care not to let these threads turn into typical "general" circlejerks.
