We know that after the nuke went off the monster survived, based on the post credit audio in Cloverfield.

To me it seems like that Goodman saved the girl from her car accident prior to the monster attack. Once the attack began there was no way to get help from the outside so he took care of her.

Edit: Also, J.J. Said its a "blood relative" which I suspect could mean the monster won't be the main focus, but that the parasites will be the main focal point. Since the nuke maybe they've mutated or evolved.

Watched the trailer again.

MEW and Brian Wilson seem to be much more stable than Goodman, so he's probably insane and this will be a big part of the story.

Don't think it's going to be just parasites/leftovers from the original monster, that wouldn't explain the house shaking. I think it's going to be bigger than the original monster but they won't show much of it

Guys. The Seabeds Nectar is the substance in Slusho that is also Clover's foodsource/drug. It is has to be kept at a frozen or near-frozen state and it's important enough that special machines are made for it. It's also a highly addictive substance that gives you a feeling like a wave of pure happiness.

I'm willing to bet Goodman acts very bipolar, busting out moves to the jukebox and next moment he's twitching at the dinner table and acting violent and irrational. MEW attempts to leave, stops when she sees what's outside, maybe the parasites or something else wants more nectar (Clover rampaged because he followed the trail and didn't find any at his feeding grounds).

When /tv/ first founf out about the film about 6 hours ago we found that website due to the fact
that it was called the Cellar back before it was called Valentia back before it was called Cloverfield lane.

That was it's name before it was reworked into a Cloverfield prequel. There was an ARG website for that film that we thought was for this and we were trying to solve it but then due to looking at the background of the site itself we found out that it was for a different film going by the cellar name and just a coincidence. This was around the second thread on the film.

I left /tv/ about an hour after we discovered it was unrelated so am asking if we found any other sites in the meantime.
