>This foreign born A-/B+ list mostly movie actress who is an Academy Award winner/nominee and having another good awards season despite the unusual name, has a bit of a coke problem. It has caused a lot of jaws to drop the past month over the holiday season. Saoirse Ronan (born in The Bronx, raised in Ireland)
>tfw Miracle dropped her
I hope that tripfag feels stupid now.
why wouldn't it?
> Saoirse Ronan speaks with a lovely lullaby accent and is up for talking about pretty much anything -- how she used to think L.A. was "kind of shit," how she doesn’t want to play the teenager who hasn’t been kissed or lost her virginity because she’s past those points in her life, and how "In America" is one of her favorite films.
>implying there's anything wrong with that
I don't want Paul to bear my children, though.
Just a reminder that she was here ages before classic
The potato stuff is just bantz for the most part. Why can't redditors understand this?
>yfw Leo finally gets one and the no-oscar meme dies
Sersh won't win, but My Boobs are Blind won't either. It's Larson's to lose.
If Brie Larson wins the SAG, she is a lock for the Oscar.
Rooney Toons is a lock for Best Supporting Actress.
The biggest snub is a Best Supporting Actor nomination for
Jonah Hill's knees.
>"Hey Kate, what was that Dry Cleaner you recommended again? I want to wear my favorite outfit to the Oscars tonight and I want it to look nice."
they can still be thick and " natural " looking if you pluck them correctly. just to give them a better shape. see pic related
>people really thinking the Academy will pick a film about a bognigger in New York
>not thinking they'll pick the obvious rug muncher maudlin melodrama bait
But Carol and Haynes didn't even get nominated, which is fucking shame, because it was really good. Rooney will probably win, and they'll Costume Design too, but I don't see Cate happening.
>implying Sersh won't kill Marissa Wiegler once and for all
>her career is dead they said
>she looks like a potato they said
How wrong you were /tv/.
She did Grand Budapest right after the Host so she never really experienced a real career dead end. Maybe shouldn't have done that lifetime film but she did it around the same time as Brooklyn.
She likes doing films with people she's friends with, she did that film you mention, also did that gosling one, and now is about to do the Gerwig directorial debut one.
