Decent flick, doesn't really delve or explore any themes too deep (and there is a lot it could've spoken about) and it sort of glosses over a lot of shit.

It's a bit all over the place and really doesn't go too far into a lot of things but it's already quite long so obviously they did their best.

Overall 4/5, maybe 3/5 if you don't care for the music. Compton and that whole area in the late 80s/Early 90s is very interesting.

It's not good. It's completely forgettable and not even accurate as a biopic. Conveniently avoids addressing real issues and instead gives the audience an insipid revisionist rose-tinted tale. Dre's portrayal as a flawless impeccable genius is ridiculous

It's worth watching once imo. The guy who plays Ice Cube is pretty good and makes it so you think you're actually watching the real Ice Cube at times. The story's interesting if you've been into these guys' music but never really knew the background story, like Jerry and Eazy being cocks and all that nonsense.
