ITT: we rate all 7 star wars movies. I'll start with this.
> its a reddit /v/ combo pack thread
4 = 5 > 6 >>>> 7 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 1 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 2 = 3
1s fine aside from some of the lazy jar jar jokes and the midiclorines.
I wouldn't bother with 2 or 3, they are very lazily made with extremely poor acting and retarded plots (at least the music is good though)
Did anyone else feel happy for George when he saw star wars VII several times and said he loved it? It's the first star wars he had no part in making, so he could be surprised by any twists and not know what's going to happen next in the next scene, or know exactly how the scenes were made? It was probably like watching a child grown up do something completely on it's own without any supervision.
We already settled this a while ago.
This is the official /tv/ Star Wars tier list.
Just marathoned through all the movies and I enjoyed every last one of them. However, I finally feel TPM is the weakest from a film standpoint. It felt like Lucas wasn't sure what direction to go. AOTC definitely stepped it up and by ROTS, he knew what he was doing. Finally.
Also, plinkett really was nitpicking about
AOTC. It was fairly obvious Padme wanted Anakin's dick the entire movie. Especially the "dictator" rant. Anakin was obviously joking to make Padme laugh.
Here's a quick and easy guide to having /tv/ taste.
Ep1: Pretend it's OK to present the illusion of having an actual opinion.
Ep2: Too shit to defend. Free space.
Ep3: Remain as neutral as possible about this film.
Ep4: Give it more credit than it deserves due to its iconic story.
Ep5: The token 'best film'. Free space.
Ep6: The one original trilogy film you are allowed to dislike. Inflate your 'standards' here.
Ep7: Too popular to admit liking. You're too good to share an opinion with the common masses.
RotS and RotJ are literally the best films in the Franchise.
>I don't like a film
>This must be an elaborate meme from Reddit.
I don't think you're old enough for this site anon.
You should go to reddit, it's more of your thing.
