It wouldn't have to have the Warhammer 40k name in it at all. Any and all 40k fans would know if it were a Warhammer 40k movie and for anyone else the name would be lost on them anyway.

Just set it in the 40k universe because the 40k universe is based as fuck and make the main character an Inquisitor because Spess Mureens aren't human enough to carry a movie. They should be featured in tit prominently but they shouldn't be the main characters.
