Why does /tv/ hate this movie?
>no black characters
>indians are bad guys
>not 1 bad performance
>action scenes were good
i've seen almost only good fedback from /tv/ personally
My big question is....
did they bury 'im right?
Because they watched a shitty camrip/screener instead of in the theater because they have no money/social anxiety. As a result they realize that they ruined the experience of watching a beautiful movie for the first time in shitty quality, so they justify it through shitposting.
>Finally, after all these years of traipsing through the snowy forest I have once and for all become The Revenant™!
Did you really expect to get the Oscar like this, Leo? Jesus fucking Christ.
The Arikara ("Rees") band are more like a force of nature, or maybe more appropriately divine vengeance, than "evil". Like Glass, they're on a mission, and they're not going to let anyone, or anything, stand in their way until they're finished.
Why do you think he was traveling with General Hux?
Jesus christ man, how can't you see the sjw elements in it? they're fucking obvious
the main cause of all the events is:
>Indians kill invaders because they burnt down their village and kidnapped chief's daughter
Mixed son gets killed by a racist white colonist
Village is shown that has been set on fire by invaders
Indian woman gets constantly raped by french people
"Friendly" peaceloving indian helps Di Caprio to overcome the blizzard, heals him, and teach him how to love nature
This friendly native gets killed by the racist french hunters
Indians telling the french that they will take their horses and stuff for free because they've invaded "their" territory
And i must be forgetting something else. The only good thing about the movie is seeing di caprio suffering for nearly 2 hours
you've said a lot of crap, but
>The only good thing about the movie is seeing di caprio suffering
makes me realize how much of a fucking pleb you are.
You're favorite thing is the worst part of the movie.
This is correct. On the first days after the leak, there was mostly praise on the threads.
Some contrarians as normal, but most were talking about how great the cinematography was.
It was great! Just give Leo his goddamned Oscar already.
