ITT: Good examples of Strong Female Protagonists
The CW knows their shit
Strong in what way? Strong as an actual woman (very rare) or just a strong character who happens to be a women but could also be a man and it wouldn't change much about the character (most strong women in media).
Here's my examples of female characters who are strong as women and not simply strong as a character that could be played by a man or woman.
-That mother who leaves the grocery store to find her children in the movie "The Myst".
-Most characters played by Whoopi Goldberg that are not strictly comedies.
-The soccer mom clone in the Orphan Black
I've never seen a 4chan post this fucking pleb before.
How does your stronk-fu hold up to this, /tv/?
Little known fact, you could have switched the genders of Buffy and Angel and nothing in the show would have changed. They are essentially portmanteau characters that can be either.
Why does she have such orgasmic experiences when her soles are worshiped?
They are perceived differently by their peers though. Especially in the 90's. Male Buffy would not likely have had the same social role in school as female Buffy did without changing at least a couple of things about the character.
Daenerys Stormborn of the House Targaryen, the First of Her Name, the Unburnt, Queen of Meereen, Queen of the Andals and the Rhoynar and the First Men, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Chains, and Mother of Dragons
Best character of 2015
>everyone thought she was gonna be an SJW bad bitch
>she ended up being a total fuckup with a great redemption story
