it's one of my favorite shows. but I gotta admit: season 2 wasn't really that great compared to the first. still, I liked the frankie storyline and overall feel and set of the series. also season 2 made me super 1000% hyped for season 3.

To be honest I was kinda afraid that it would indeed be The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen ripoff but if wasn't. every character have their own stories and problems. they didn't even try to mash them together to fight some stupid villain because reasons.

The show really has some powerful moments. Like Mrs. Ives backstory and the Frankenstein.

8/10, would recommend and would watch it again. bonus points for delicious Eva Green.

the homosex scene was kinda expected and it really fits with the story of Dorian. The tranny character kinda felt like he was shoehorned to the show but at least they ended it pretty well.
