Poe, a Latino man whose entire job is to support the white woman by leading a suicidal attack on a planetary murderball.

Han, an old white man who ultimately fails at everything and never rises above his station as the down-on-his-luck smuggler slumming it in Mos Eisley.

In the original films, everyone rescues each other. Obi-Wan saves Luke, Luke saves Han, Han saves Luke, Leia save Luke and Han, etc. The point being that everyone working together as a team, to enhance their strengths and minimise their weaknesses, leads to a whole greater than the sum of its parts.

The only message TFA delivers is 'white women are perfect beings who are capable of literally anything without any effort or dedication, minorities exist to serve white women and the best you can hope for as a white man is to descend into obsolescence (Han, Luke), or be the perpetual villain to be beaten down by the white woman'.
