We could actually calculate the slope of the view to a relatively accurate number, just look at the crenulation on the wall right at midheight of the origin of the point of view, the center of the viewline is about 1/3 the height of the same crenulation on the opposite side of the room, meaning in a distance of about 30ft, the view line dropped about 4 feet, which gives us about an 8 degree downward slope.

Need to work on analyzing the city to find the exact slope on it.
