Damn, I remember the first time seeing this chart and feeling like a filthy pleb. Now that I've seen almost all of these though, I'm not sure I agree with most of the choices

>>
>>64510588

What would you replace, And with what movies? I'm curious.
>>
>>64510480
Because if you attempted to make a high-level chart there would be a thousand anons using le meme arrows to tell you that your choices aren't really "high level"

Not that any of them would give any better suggestions.

Still love to see someone attempt it, though.

I have this one too, but they're not necessarily art house
>>
>>64511083
I know it's a meme answer and it would get lots of (you)s every time it gets posted, but in a chart about cinemtography alone, I'd unironically put Interstellar in the 2010s. It might have a lot of flaws but the cinemaography certainly isn't one and that alone makes the movie worth watching.
>>
>>64510480
Nobody knows what "high-level" arthouse movies are because nobody actually watches them
>>
>>64511199
Interstellar had great cinematography, aside from the occasional hair on the lens...

However, Under The Skin wins in 2014. No question.

repulsion is kek the tenant is far superior

>City of Sadness

When you get to highest level of art, then you can start over
>>
>>64510480
Most of the entry-level art house aren't even art house and are basically entry-level cinema considering they're some of the most well-known films in the history of cinema, so considering that the right side should be called entry level art house.
