The Jedi are already imperfect but striving to be good while the Sith are just plain evil. The idea of Gray Jedi isn't a way of "approaching morality from a complex angle". It's a way of saying "Being evil is ok sometimes".

That's not an interesting perspective. It's just plain wrong. If you don't strive to be good, then you're an asshole and you should stop what you're doing and rethink your life. The Jedi don't do everything right, but what's important is their intentions.

Sure, the force is always there, but, you need strength to wield it, and the methods in which it can be wielded are mutually exclusive. As the dark side is hammering the force into doing what you want, and the light side is gently guiding/redirecting it.
