Daily Reminder that if you like X then you're from Reddit.
Daily Reminder that if you like Y then you're from Tumblr.
Daily Reminder to shut up about where you're from, and just tell me about your damn sexual organs already.
Describe your sexual organs with the title of a Star Trek episode.
I'll start: My tiny penis is one little ship.
>Star Trek General /
I don't even remember getting on the ride.
>"Avery, are you okay? There's smoke coming out of your trailer!"
>"Don't worry, it's just method acting. I need to see the fourth dimension in my next scene."
Sweet dreams anon.
why not enjoy both?
SW is located eons ago in a different galaxy. ST is located in our galaxy in a few hundred years.
>>yfw you remember
>Implying I ever forgot.
post yfw no qt bajorfu
>why not enjoy both?
I do, I'm just sick of hearing about it.
I don't even remember what episode that screen cap is from but fuckin saved!
An extensive list of criteria Mezoti has compiled to study every detail of your sex organs including length, girth, shape, smell, color, texture, veins, etc.
Just watched two DS9 episodes in a row - the one where an entire section of starfleet wears only leather, and the episode where it's a faaaaake.
Honestly you'd be facing some inception level shit if you lived in the star trek universe; constantly asking yourself if you'd been trapped in a holosuite
unless all holograms look like Robert Picardo.
Is there any part this man can't play
>Why does it look like that? Are you really a man?
>Don't mind me, Anon. I was just admiring your penis. Keep going.
that feel when no more new Trek shows on the telly or actual Trek movies in the cinema
Rejected Star Trek episode: "Holoception"
>Quark traps Odo in a holoprogram so that Quark can pull off a scam without interference
>but it turns out that Odo trapped Quark in a holoprogram so that Odo can outwit him
>but then it turns out that Jadzia trapped them both in a holoprogram, just for shits and giggles
>in the end, Jake and Nog pull off the scam, but then end up donating the latinum to charity
>Jake and Nog
Was good until they were brought into it
Où es tu?
Wo bist du?
Var är du bork bork bork?
¿Que eres? ¿Quién eres? Tratando de encontrar! Ya voy a encontrar! ¿Dónde? ¿Dónde? ¿Dónde estás?
>he doesn't like jake and nog scavenger hunt episodes
Executive Producer Alex Kurtzman
There was never any hope of it being good anyway.
And with Axanar being sued while Renegades continues, there is now no hope for any Star Trek at all.
I'm right here.
Hold your tongue. My Star Trek is pure.
Jake and Nog ruin any episode either of them are in
>dat file name
>inb4 a long ass story about his people
As long as there are no hot chicks like T'pol or Seven of nine I'll be fine with waiting it out until I can watch it for free, dvd or blu ray.
>go back and watch that episode
>literally autism: the episode
I like how DS9 is still relevant
>Kirk and Spock, in the engine room.
What did he mean by this?
>I like how DS9 is still relevant
You can thank reddit for that.
I really need to watch that show. Everyone makes such a big deal about it.
>new Star Trek comes out
>writing is spot on
>acting talent is incredible
>10/10 Shakespearean choreography and dialogue
>deals with deep moral issues and philosophy
>plenty of Klingon politics
the captain is a token nog
Is anything else from TNG similar/as good as Darmok? I've only seen random episodes on BBC America (also loved Measure of a Man, just general reccomends welcome I guess)
The acting talent wouldn't be incredible if the captain is Nog
No hot chick in a catsuit or some other type of provocative outfit ? ?
>new Star Trek show
>stupid horndogs demand a hot chick in a catsuit
>they get one
>social activists demand that Star Trek be canceled for being regressive
Star Trek dies because of stupid horndogs like you that can't just get their kicks from internet porn like a normal person. It's happened before and it'll happen again.
>>social activists demand that Star Trek be canceled for being regressive
Just put on on FOX. Nobody gives a shit about social activists there.
>>Implying ratings don't matter
DS9 had higher ratings than Voyager, even though Kira and Dax wore professional uniforms while 7 was stuck in a catsuit so tight that the actress fainted.
Catsuits don't seem to help the ratings.
But I've covered my windows with big movie poster banners to keep out the sunlight.
triple Sixes. What does this mean?
How do i wake up?
I tapped the back of my hand three times and nothing happened
Real life is better than Star Trek. If it's the 23th century, then why are most of the people on board biological and they're still using bulky equipment? Data is constructed from consumer technology from the real life early 22nd century.
Our posts seem to have been caught in some kind of interspacial manifold.
Indeed. Kinda odd seeing that it's such a late hour.
>tfw did this once and it worked
it turned out to be a dream
I'm not even joking when I say that I've actually had hour long dreams in my sleep about posting on this site. Wake up turn on computer and pick right back up from where I left off in my dream.
>spend half an hour searching for that thread you were posting in because it's not in the thread watcher for some reason
>eventually connect the dots and begin to consider suicide
>>eventually connect the dots
>Captain, why did jjchopper delete these comfy pictures of us?
I've seen this kinda shit happen before. Some fag here (or some other site) probably sent her a privet message telling her that her images were being uploaded on this or other sites "without giving her credit" Whaaaa
So she took them down.
Some guy on a Pixar fan site used to have a really impressive Toy Story toys collection . I posted one of his images on /toy/ back in 2010 when Toy Story 3 came out and some random anon in the thread started going off at my post saying some shit like "Stealing images from Pixar fan User name bla bla bla"
A few days later the guy mysteriously out of nowhere took down all of his photos after having them up for like over a year than reposted them days later with ugly large water mark of his user name going all across the images.
Thanks for sharing these anon.
might as well give you the rest
>that one episode of TNG that opens with music that sounds like it belongs in an emotional scene from Final Fantasy
god this is bugging me, I can't find it
I think there was something about painting as well
anyone know what I'm talking about
Jesus Christ, this thread is full of cancer. Are you actively trying to kill Trek threads? Do you want this to become the next /got/ or /who/?
Damar reporting in, this thread is back on track
It's the will of the Founders
anyone been playing/trying the star wars mod for sins of a solar empire?
ROMULANS COMING THROUGH. OUT THE WAY CARDASSIAN FUCKING SHITS
>yfw Montgomery auditionned for Tuvok and almost got the part
Yes or No: Enterprise would have been a smashing hit without the gay intro sequence and song.
No. Fans were already against it before the show even started (>muh Akiraprise, etc), and the ratings didn't even start in a place where recovering would save it. But it certainly didn't help.
>>evil alien nazis
>>moar time travelling
Not the best concept to start out with, but at least it killed the TCW arc dead.
>muh Spiner is a bad actor meme
Must be terrible being so contrarian, never being able to appreciate anything. But the arc was all over the place. Worst arc.
>S3 so good
No. Better, sure. Nice to get a long arc and all, and got bredy gud towards the end when they actually followed the arc. But it was still Enterprise: Expanse Edition most of the way through, with Archer being an even worse captain than usual (and no, I'm not talking about Pirate Archer: that was actually good captaining for a change, even if it rustles some Roddenberries). Also, TCW garbage.
Oddly enough, Spiner was very good when playing Data but his performance as Lore and here as Soong are so overplayed, it's ridiculous. It's the kind of acting that works well for improv or stage actors (which is exactly what Spiner was before TNG) because overplaying your emotions make things more clear for an audience that is directly there, but it doesn't translate well to TV and film.
>dark and gritty outskirts
>augments are angsty teenager mallgoths
>unironically quoting Nietzche to justify genetic enhancments
>"we are le superior version, 100000 times stronger and more clever, that's why we can quote litterature despite having no education"
>"we don't care about you!"
Is the whole arc even worth watching? I'm done with the first episode and I'm not sure I can take much more if it keeps going in that direction.
