200TH EPISODE EDITION!
S10/E5 "Fan Fiction"
Get hype my wayward bros and get in here!
that was fucking gold. i hope the whole episode is this good
Felicia's episode is "There's No Place Like Home", S10E10, December 16th.
She showed up at the 200th episode wrap party because... I don't know why she was there.
that little korean chick is fierce
>mfw this entire episode so far
You can't spell subtext without Destial
Standing too close?
I THOUGHT I KILLED. THAT BITCH.
WUT DUH FUK?
I can forgive a shitty meta episode because the G Man is back.
If you look at Castiel's journey, he's the perfect angel. His journey of discovery will end up becoming what they need in Heaven.
Yep. I mean we SAW him vanish but that's not the same as being killed.
>last ep of supernatural
>dean becomes the new king of hell
>cas becomes the new god
>sam becomes a world leader
Charlie is chuck fags btfo
/r/ that gif
Does anyone else feel disappointed in the fact the creators include the shittiest part of the fanbase in the show. There are two halves, one being much better than the other, and over and over it's just tumblr girls, tumblr girls, tumblr girls.
i mean, i feel like i'm more a fan of this show than any of them.
it just feels bad man.
Well with them, you can easily classify those fujoshi tumbler fan girls, with us, well I mean, what are we? You can't really solidly classify us so it'd be hard to include us.
They spouted it because of the Felicia hate and they wanted to fuck with people. The agenda or her being a phoney but either way pussy is pussy. All of it was to fuck with people.
I never not believed Chuck is God.
That scene where Chuck put his hand on Castiel is even funnier now because Castiel was protecting God. and God was also cucked by Sam. Limitless retroactive humor now.
I am a straight 23 year old guy.
this is one of favorite shows, it may be because i've been watching since the first episode. i remember watching the trailers for season 1 over and over again. i was so hype. now it just kind of feels like I've just been forgotten. but what the fuck are you gonna do.
It means that Chuck is God, a cruel, cruel capricious God.
And that he was posing as a prophet for shits and giggles, yes, even in that alternate timeline where Sam said yes to Lucifer and took over the world
Becky Rosen read her wincest fic on-air in S5E1.
>Sam shivered as he leaned against the splintered wooden wall of the barn. His shoulder ached from his fight with the demon spawn Mar-Delok and his clothes were soaked from the cold rain which fell outside. He let the knife fall into the dust and turned to his brother.
>Dean was shaken up. His chest was heaving with exertion and his shredded shirt was barely clinging to his muscular frame. Sam could see he was hurt.
>"Hey. Are you ok?" Sam stepped closer and put his arms around Dean. "We're going to get out of this, they can't keep us here long."
>The brothers huddled together in the dark as the sound of the rain drumming on the roof eased their fears of pursuit. Despite the cold outside and the demons who, even now, must be approaching, the warmth of their embrace comforted them.
>And then Sam caressed Dean's clavicle.
>"This is wrong," said Dean.
>"Then I don't want to be right," replied Sam, in a husky voice.
He's so self aware that it is funny. It begs the question, will Sam become the new god or castiel? or does this journey bring Chuck back to heaven?
Or even better, they bring lucy back. Pellengrino came back to 200 episode party just like Chuck so God, Lucifer/Michael actually came back...
This show might actually rise from the ashes.
You guys know I only said
>a cruel, cruel capricious God
as a reference right, here's the scene it's from
How many people actually caught the
"we got work to do" homage to the first episode?
>not everything has a gay subtext you fag
What? it was the same exact scene as the ending scene to the first episode, except dean throws the gun in the trunk, not sam. what are you talking about?
>Mfw this entire episode was a joke at the female showrunner's expense
if that was actually chuck then the canon has been retconned. prophets get call up to heaven where their mission is complete. he thought it would end at the end of season 5.
inb4 chuck is the trickster and the driector chick is the new prophet
>he thinks it's okay
>tumblr's vision of Supernatural is okay
Am I the only one that caught the biggest thing in this episode!
There was so much mention of the "Samulet" The necklace that burns hot when God is close.
The girl looked right at him and told him he should have kept it.
Then look Who shows up. Chuck.
Put the pieces together people.
Chuck is God. They better do something with this.
Also its about time for Adam to come out of the cage.
It's been what 5 Seasons. That's 5 years. 1 Month = 10 years in Hell (as I recall) So poor Adam has been in that cage for 600 Years trapped with Lucifer and Micheal getting the shit torn out of him.
Yeah... that might be to late for some saving.
>he's humoring her
>he's god he's not going to put down a high school teenager and ruin her dreams if he's acting directly.
>He's a huge asshole, but he never seems to be one directly to people unless they aren't actually talking to him.
I didn't say I did. I just always assumed since the last time it showed him, it seemed almost obvious but I always figured it was just me. I didn't know it was actually confirmed.
sweet damn, that was some good stuff
for all the stupid the show's gone through after season 5, it's nice that it can take a step back and appreciate itself for everything it is, good and bad
He had a 5 season plan for the show and did it. Wrapped it all up nicely and everything. Then the CW said they wanted more so someone stepped up to take over as show runner to milk it for all they could.
I'm not saying I hate Supernatural after season 5
If I did I certainly wouldn't have stuck with it for another 5 season, I just happen to love CW shows and that kind of writing in general as long as it has a good story around it
But I just have this sort of ingrained need to rank post-season 5 Supernatural lower on the totem pole just because I feel season 5 was the perfect end
I love the show nonetheless
I like the CW now. Its now my favorite non-cable Network. I watch Supernatural, TVD, Originals, Arrow, Flash, The 100. Thats more shows than any other network. They are doing I, Zombie in the spring too which should be fun.
Maybe its because I kept hearing how bad seasons 6-7 were, that when I finally watched them, I ended up enjoying them because of my low expectations.
The CW's history with good television is pretty crazy
You should definitely go back and check out some older CW shows to see if they interest you if you haven't
There's a whole bunch of good ones like Veronica Mars, Buffy and Angel which usually come as a package deal, Smallville (which is good but takes a lot of missteps), and a bunch of others
I've seen those. Hell, I even liked Gossip Girl for season 1-2.
Because the ratings for the network are so slow, shows can survive with weak ratings that would get them cancelled. Like when NBC had FNL, Chuck, Community.
Veronica Mars was better on UPN though. I liked the season long mystery as oppose to 3 smaller ones.
see, I knew they were shows from before CW's time, I assumed they were all from WB before it become the CW
I not super clear on my channel history
didn't know Veronica Mars was on UPN, but yea the first two season's long mysteries were better than the last season's smaller ones
the point stands, watch shows that helped create the CW
>there are people who think Chuck and the Adam mention will amount to anything
It's honestly probably just filler and the season will be mostly based on more Angel/Demon stuff with Dean secretly still being a Demon. Would be great if it wasn't filler though, then the show would actually get some kind of focus.
I'll add to that The 100 which is one of my favorite shows now. The CW has quietly become the best network for original programming. AMC and fx have good shows but not the number that cw has
Nah. I think they kind of realised it was a bad idea after they did it last season
like they do with a lot of their planned arcs - cough cough who was spying on Sam in the S8 opener. I mainly just treated it as them letting Jensen cut loose and be the bad guy for the first time in like 7 years or something ridiculous…
Hopefully this Chuck/Adam shit amounts to something. Show would become utterly based if Adam came back as a season long villain. Just imagine rewatching the show and knowing that that nigga is coming back in six seasons… God almighty...
Just watched it, seriously not expecting it to be that good. Went in some different directions to I thought and made me excited for the rest of the season, which I still don't know what the story is.
Are the getting ready to wrap it all up by saving Adam, bringing Chuck back in and ending the show? I've heard Marvel are keen to get their hands on Jensen.
It IS non-canon. I thought the name implied it? And Chuck isn't 'back' either, it was just a reference if anything. Season won't have anything to do with Adam and Chuck, unfortunately.
I don't really consider it Tumblr pandering. It's the only mature response to a rogue but loving fanbase. We have our show, you think differently about the show than we do, we think that's stupid but that's OK, we like you anyway.
His last season willl be either the show's last or second last season, the latter case being if the CW are too stupid to see that Dean carries the whole thing. You could drop Sam and still have a good show, if Jensen walks away that's the end one way or the other.
1.) Was Wearing clothes over it.
2.) If Chuck is God don't you think he could have turned off said power.
3.) Chuck didn't in fact realize he was god at the time. Once his little poof into dust act in the end of Swan Song he could have had a realization.
4.) The Amulet is not gone. I for one knowing Sam would have plucked the damn thing out of the Trash.
>Cass tells Sam and Dean that Chuck must be dead
>They proceed to give zero shits about investigating what may have happened to their friend who helped them stop the apocalypse
>All these mentions of Chuck in Fan Fiction
>Sam and Dean acknowledge them but still give zero fucks even though they think Chuck is dead
I'm not expecting Chuck's cameo to amount to anything; they've already mentioned him before and just brushed it off to show they're not going back to it. I'm hoping the Adam namedrop will pan out, though. I think the last time he was even mentioned was way back in Season 6 when Death told Dean he would only bring either Adam or Sam's soul out of the cage, not both. Just seems weird to mention it so out of the blue like that, whereas Chuck has at least been brought up once or twice.
Adam has the shittiest story. He got eaten by a ghoul and went to heaven. Only to be revived and tossed into a cage with Lucifer and Michael. Then Death comes in an saves Sam, but leaves him behind.
Chuck is God and can do whatever he likes, he'll have seen the Winchesters there and didn't want to say hi.
I might even be happier if they don't bring him back properly and leave it just as that little cameo.
Wasnt that just the first season?
They should've had some demons that didnt need to posses humans because they were strong enough to keep their form on earth.
Demons and Angels are pretty easy to kill now. They are those bosses from the first levels that start appearing as normal enemies later on.
Fucking seriously. All the shit Sam and Dean have gone through? Adam has had it way worse. By now he's been Lucifer and Michael's punching bag for centuries. Sam was in there for what, a year? And he was so traumatized Death had to wall off part of his brain, and Sam at least had prior experience getting the shit beat out of him and shared the attention with Adam. Now Adam's been down there for five times as long as the sole plaything for Lucy and Mike. If he ever got out he'd be either catatonic or totally insane.
Before the series.
>mfw Cole spends weeks studying demons and then comes after Dean again and none if works anymore
16th December, the last episode before the Christmas break.
I'm very worried that means she'll form part of a season arc, important plot point or cliff hanger The episode before is called The Things We Left Behind, which after today make me think of Adam or the amulet
i sttod behind this show after gamble ran it into the ground, put up with not only killing bobby, but ruining his character by having him a ghost. i suffered through not 1, but several "charlie" shitty episodes (i skipped those during the re-watch)
i have been watching this show from day 1 but i will drop it like a baby on fire is charlie becomes part of the main cast.
>Hopefully this Chuck/Adam shit amounts to something. Show would become utterly based if Adam came back as a season long villain. Just imagine rewatching the show and knowing that that nigga is coming back in six seasons… God almighty...
this is what I was thinking about during season premiere. If demons are created by soul torture, imagine how powerful a demon would be after torture by both Michael and Lucifer.
Marvel was willing to give him standalone Hawkeye movie, he refused for some reason. On other hand there are rumors that making Castiel mortal was the first step of writing off Dean, so Castiel could become full time hunter and carry the show with Sam.
I remember reading an article that the guy in charge of the CW will keep the show going if it keeps the ratings. Even if the show ends up being about Sam and Castiel.
Maybe he was under contract and couldn't be Hawkeye because it interfered with the show.. Either way, he got new management now.
it would be pretty much something like this
>Adam becomes ridiculously OP demon due to anal rape by both Lucifer and Michael
>there's a loophole in the cage that human soul can get out, like it was with Sam
>so they have to let Adam retain a tiny bit of his humanity
>demonic Adam is the new boss, finds a way to break the cage, because nothing in SPN is definitive
>Sam & Dean appeal on Adam's human side, defeating him
with power of love, he finally sacrifices himself so the cage can remain closed
>Sam & Dean appeal on Adam's human side, defeating him with power of love, he finally sacrifices himself so the cage can remain closed
That ship sailed when Dean decided to save Sam instead of Adam.
What even happened with Hallucifer? He was stuck inside Sam's head for a while, then Castiel took him into his own head and he wound up in a mental asylum, then what?
Did Cas just magically get better? I can't remember.
What can you say. Death is the only one strong enough to get him out without releasing Lucifer,
They could probably retcon the gates of hell. Say Metatron lied on the tablets and the trials were breaking the cage.
John Winchester was down there for 8 months. I think. It's been so long since having to think about this.
But if Adam does reappear then Oh Shit.
Adam owes nothing to Sam and Dean. At All. Except hurt hurt and more hurt
It makes no sense that chuck is god. Why would god make himself a prophet and write the gospel of Sam and dean? Chuck's character and the way he vanished are all true to the lore of prophets in the bible. The only thing that doesn't make sense is that he disappeared before finishing the gospel and that was probably just because Kripke planned on the show ending that season. Now they are just going to recon chuck and make something up to explain.his absence.
It was fucking perfect !
