I just watched Pusher 2. I'd say that shit was pretty depressing, and it all looked fairly believable. I don't live in Denmark, but I guess this low-life criminal culture is fairly similar throughout Europe. The movie is just so hopeless sometimes, and Tonny gets humiliated all the time. Like when they didn't let him in the car after the heist, so he had to beg them to give him a lift to the closest bus stop in the luggage compartment.

I haven't seen the movie, but I did read George Orwell's book 1984. If the movie is half a decent adaptation of that book then it might be the most depressing movie in the whole history.

The Hunt was really hard for me to watch

My uncle spent years training to be a teacher and worked with lots of mentally and physically challenged kids by volunteering at our local hospital.

He was only working fully as a teacher for two years when he was fired because a 5 year old girl ran up and hugged him and her parents complained because they said it was inappropriate that he hugged her back.

He had a massive student debt and couldn't find another job anywhere because of it. The worst part of it was I know for a fact he was Asexual. When he was a kid a group of 5 guys held him down and kicked him so hard in the balls that it fucked his prostate and he could never have kids or get an erection.

He killed himself just over two months ago.
